We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Our server Raushan was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is an only a quick drive away from the Taj Mahal. We recommend leaving the hotel early in the morning a bit before sunrise to get to the Taj Mahal at sunrise for beautiful photos! We will definitely stay here if we are in Agra again.

Отличный отель, чистые новые номера что редкость для Индии. Хороший персонал. Особо порадовал буфет на завтраке, побывал во многих отелях в Индии, этот понравился больше всего. Продлили бесплатно чек аут на полтора часа, предоставили конференц комнату для решения своих дел. Рекомендую

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty ***ager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty ***ager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Our stay at Marriott was really good thanks in large to the excellent service. The entire process from check in to check it was smooth and staff was very responsive to our needs (and we had a few thanks to 3 kids!). Special shout out to Lovely, Amit and Jahangeer for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're headed to Agra.

The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.

The ITC Mughal was absolutely top notch.The hotel is so serene and relaxing ..I didn't get time to use other facilities..Peshwari resturent was amazing ..Loved their food ..I want to thank Mr Raj K Soni who took care of me and he was so friendly ..Definitely am coming again ..Want to mention Jabbar Hussain Bell desk guy ..He was so humble and polite

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

Awesome stay and staff so friendly with welcome smile. Meet Mr ***osh and Me Satish at Lattice restaurant, they were very efficient and professional towards service given to our group Bien Thanh from Vietnam . We were so pleased the way taking care of us and accommodating our request . Heads-up and keep up your outstanding service to Mr ***oj and Mr Satish .
