Son detalles los que marcan una estancia perfecta. Las camas y ropa de cama son excelentes (te proporciona un descanso total), las ventana de nuestro cuarto no se abría (para mí esposo un inconveniente para mí... perfecto por qué veda el ruido externo). Los detalles: la reposición del desayuno (lenta), alimentos con contaminación cruzada de otros alimentos y los frijoles fríos. Al final del servicio presencié a un supervisor/gerente orientando al personal sobre los cuidados referentes al distintivo H y para mi gusto fue quien salvó el momento (supervisión eficaz!). En tema de limpieza en la habitación faltó el cuidado en los detalles, fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños, la primera noche nos pusieron 4 toallas de baño, al día siguiente solo 3 y la tercer día solo 2 y olvidaron la toalla del piso; adicionalmente no barrieron bien el piso ya que atrás de la puerta principal se quedó basura en el mismo lugar por 2 días.

Very good choice next to the main square with easy access to most downtown attractions. Our double room, while dated, was large and comfortable. We had hot water and good wifi our entire three-night stay. My main ding was a little louvre window placed at the top of the big room window that would not close entirely, so street noise could be heard during daytime (not an issue at night). There was a large room safe, but it wasn't bolted down and the room closet door was a little difficult to open all the way. Breakfast was very good and food items changed daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it for the price.
