My 12 nights of stay at Hotel Regency in Aizawl was a mixed bag. While the hotel's cleanliness and ambiance were commendable, the service left much to be desired. The ladies at the Mangolia Restaurant were warm and courteous, always willing to help. However, their male counterparts were surprisingly rude and manner less. Requests for simple services, like a cup of black coffee, were met with a brusque "self-service" response. The food was average, with a peculiar tendency for the chef to add sugar to almost every dish, including savory options like nan and paneer pulav. Overall, Hotel Regency has potential but needs significant improvement in its service standards, particularly among the male staff.

Hotel regency was generally very good. Food was good, not very spicy. Staff was courteous. They managed my airport transfers at nominal market prices. Hotel has good laundry service.

Nice and hygienic. Food quality is also good. They also take care of your arrival, outing and leaving communication. They arrange everything and it feels good.

Stay, location is good, breakfast need to improve. Staff are wel behave. And my friend had a fever at night they provide us antipyretics which was readily available at the counter for free

Clean, basic hotel. Very hard matrace. Clean rooms- housekeeping good. No seperat shower= wet bathroom floor all the time. Wifi good. Breakfast basic and every day the same few items. Downtown location. Very busy neighborhood - can be loud at night with street noise. Creditcard payment possible.
