Ulasan Al Ain Rotana

People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

Well located hotel, relatively near most attractions in Al Ain. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.

房間不錯，樓下有一會兒在裝修，但是也沒影響到休息。服務態度很不錯。

房間很大，帶陽台，有微波爐，裝修新，值得入住。

由於阿萊茵是非常小且偏僻的城市，因為要去動物園住宿一晚，也沒有什麼酒店選擇。房間很一般，幾十年前的裝修風格，設施很老化，房間傢俱陳舊。不管酒店服務人員態度很好，早餐倒是符合五星級酒店標準。另外我預訂的是山景房，結果房間在一樓對着停車場，也懶得換了…

酒店在艾因市中心，離周邊的景點都很近，入住的人不少，比較熱鬧。設施相對沒有那麼新，但房間還是挺大的。

الترحيب بشكل ممتاز واستقبال المكالمة على استعجال وتوفير الغرفة بالسرعة القصوى هو محل تقديري بالتاكيد واشكر من كان يتواصل معي عبر الهاتف لتسهيل حصولي على الغرفة وعلى تسريع تسجيل الدخول والتجربة بشكل عام ممتاز وانصح بالاقامة بهذا الفندق واتمنى فقط اعادة خدمة ركن السياره بالباركن وجلبها عند الحاجة للخروج

لقد قمت باختيار الفندق نتيجة للتعليقات المقدمة على بوكينح, ووجدت الفندق افضل بكثير مما توقعت الفندق موقعة واطلالة ممتازة , شكرا وتقدير لموظف الاستقبال بيشوى فى قمة الاحترام والذوق ما قصر فى تلبية كل طلباتنا مش قال لا على شى شكرا لكل العاملين على حسن الضيافة

Really enjoying the pool like always. We are always happy to have Ramen providing excellent service at the pool bar. We thought he left for Vacation, turns our hotel changed his shift! Thankfully we have him back at the bar rocking some AMAZING cocktails!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lamie at the Reception. The night we had dinner at the hotel was Seafood Night at the Zest Restaurant and it was super delicious. Definitely can’t wait to go back!!

Thank you Mr Yash in Zest restaurant for the great service and the hospitality. Ms Lamie in the reception is the best. She is so taking care of the guest. We've spend such a quality time in Al Ain Rotana.

Just returned from our third stay at the rotana (my son lives and works in Al Ain) and yet again a lovely experience due to all staff who go above and beyond especially Vishaan, Yousef, La Min, Lady and Ramen. On my stay in 2022, I did request a rail to enter the swimming pool as I needed assistance. On returning this time, I was disappointed to see no change. Unfortunately, I fell on the steps but luckily my family were with me. Resulting in me needing a wheelchair for the rest of the holiday. I would love to return but unfortunately due to the rail problem i am unable to return until this problem is rectified. Look forward to hearing from you!
