海景房很不錯，面朝大海春暖花開，海風很猛，聽着海浪的聲音入睡，餐廳可以喝酒，有專門的吸煙區，對煙民很友好。

كانت رحلة جميلة بإقامتنا في فندق انتركونتيننتال ، كل يوم الصباح نفطر في المطعم الجميل تبعهم.. عيبهم كان ان الاصناف نفسها كل يوم بس كان متنوع.. كان في صبية جميلة اسمها Regie فلبينية وبنت لطيفة عالآحر متعاونة جدا ومنعشة وايجابية.. عندهم مرونة ومستوى النظافة حلو جدا.. طلبنا تغيير الغرفة من الدور الاول حتى الرابع وحصل فعلا بسرعة.. متنوع الاماكن في الفندق ما يمل الواحد من الاقامة فيه.. ان شاء الله نكرر التجربة ❤️ it was fantastic

لقد كانت أقامه اكثر من رائعه هناك تنوع في المطاعم والإجراءات الاحترازيه من كوفيد 19 جيده والاهتمام بمستوي النظافه جيد والجميل توفر مكان في البهو خاص بألعاب الأطفال وعرض افلام علي الشاشه لتسليه الأطفال وتوفر العاب للكبار أيضا للتسليه والمرح وتعاون جميع موظفين الفندق لجعل اقامتي مريحه.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail I rate the experience as 10/10 for the following reasons: Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful wanted the guest to enjoy the best possible experience during one's stay. The team in the Al Diwan restaurant were exceptional, Friendly and gave great advice in addition to providing excellent service. The cuisine at the Lebanese restaurant was fantastic and I would certainly return on my next visit to the area. I would recommend a visit to the Al Diwan restaurant without hesitation. Very my bad experience, unqualified staff not up to serve holidays capacity. No seats on the beach, we had to wait 40 minutes to sit on the beach. Disconnected projector during football match as the staff shift is over, not caring about customers watching, very bad beverage, cold tea, terrible Turkish coffe. Not recommended at all

So bad experience...never Think to book again!Very disappointing for me and my family!Food very low quality and quantity. May 3 or 4 dishes! Not professional attitude at all! Limited open boufet!!! Even having a cack for my daughter birthday, they decline the request!!

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. A special thank you to Mohammad Alsayigh, Ashraf Nasreddine, Chef Omat Osama Foudd, Redit & the kind staff at the concierge. I look forward to my next stay! Keep up the great work.

I have stayed at this property many times as a family getaways, we loved it as we have great memories but at the same time fed up of how careless about quality they became as time pass by. I was optimistic to know that the management has changed two years ago and then agin a few months back, but I think the property is in it's worst situation: - During the renovation, an authentic Mexican restaurant that had the touch, feel and taste has been demolished and replaced by a modern style to service Mexican cuisine. - The lobby restaurant was changed to a play area, tennis table, air hockey and many other games. This is all next to a cafe where visitors are supposed to come for coffee and newspaper. The lobby has no more furniture nor a soul. - The resort has a massive outdoor area but in a fluffy condition, full of huge cement boards and not utilized. (See photos) - The property is not sustainable and pays no attention to Environment and little guests safety, as the property’s own beach is full of plastic and many electrical cables and outlets are exposed. (See photos) The report close the beach to be only for women somedays! Imagine making a stay booking and coming with your family from afar and then you are being told "only your wife can access the beach today"! This also applies for male children they are not allowed to access the beach during women only beach days. Food from outside the beach canteen is not allowed, and what the canteen can offer is literally the most expensive and the lowest quality.

I found my peace in this place, So warm welcome of staff. If you want a very relaxing away from a everyday working life, this is the best place! Best place for privacy. Best place to relax. Best place to enjoy time with your loveones.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff, especially Jamshed. His customer service is outstanding. He is very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. The kitchen opens at 6 am, and my shift started at 5 am, so I couldn’t eat breakfast. I had to be out of the hotel by 4:45 am. I requested takeaway breakfast. Although the hotel is not obligated to prepare a takeaway breakfast, Jamshed ensured my needs are met. In fact, I forgot to place my breakfast order once or twice. Jamshed followed up to verify if a breakfast is needed. Thank you, Jamshed, for your excellent service. You certainly made my experience extremely positive.

The staff is amazing.. My husband’s bday was on 18 jan and he was travelling for work - staying at this hotel. I could not get the order for cake n flowers delivered through FnP (it’s challenging in that area I believe and you need to order atleast 24 hrs before, which I wasn’t aware of :p), hence requested the hotel if they cud help me with a cake n flowers. Jamshed, gem of a person (one of the senior staff person with whom I spoke).. he helped me with an amazing cake on a short notice and took it to the room at midnight, as requested. Must say- hospitality of the Hotel is outstanding and excellent staff… kudos to Jamshed !!

Jamshed provides top notch customer service. Whenever a request is made, Jamshed makes sure that it is taken care of and follows up to ensure you are happy with his service. Thanks for all your help Jamshed, it is much appreciated.

My experience with this stay has been a mixed bag. Especially after having been in Intercontinental after a long time. The good: A private small beach- the hotel faces the sea Good for families and people who like to stay in calm area with almost pin drop silence on the street outside Decent room size with the basics as expected. Good room service with a friendly staff who helped with my food choice. A decent size resort. The not so good: It is very quite outside nothing nearby to walk and explore. Room cleaning was delayed at times - had to rush to reception after 4 calls to request clean up. Was informed front desk was busy Breakfast options were the same for two weeks i stayed no change - nothing interesting. Could be much better given this is Intercontinental. No good options for dinner within the hotel - could have better options- which matter for business visitors who have a long day at work and have no options nearby to explore for food. Response from front end staff still awaited after 15 days of email on my reward point status and credit card payment. The team needs to improve on customer care, good breakfast options. Expect much better from Intercontinental.
