Mengerikan jangan tinggal @ tempat lari ke hotel! 👎🏾

Godawful. Upon arrival in the room (which smelled), toilet was not flushed and the urin was still there. Bathtub was filthy, semi-clogged (took forever to drain). Breakfast was awful. Worst hotel experience in the last 3 years.

Breakfast was very strange, room needed to vacuumed ,decor was circa 1980’s, desperately needs a remodel, not enough towels. No vending machines, no ice machines, no restaurant or bar( the facilities are there just not used) a much needed revenue stream ! Staff was polite and friendly !!

Rude stuff, Stinky rooms, Do NOT recommend.

The door lock was broken. The tub drain had hair in it. Mold in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly & welcoming.

The hotel was very dirty Bed sheets, has blood and make up from last guest, Bathroom and shower were nasty

The hotel smelled bad as soon as you walk in the door. The room was not bad until I went to use the bathroom and a roach was crawling on the tub. The breakfast you have to get a ticket and a man made the food. Got the waffles both mine and my son was not cooked all the way and did not taste good we threw it away.

I am fully sympathetic to the need of unhoused people and have always advocated for affordable permanent housing and housing as a human right. It is a surprise to arrive and see that the hotel is primarily used to shelter unhoused people, it's not what I expected.

Hotel is being used a migrant shelter and I'm not sure they care about the cleanliness or conditions of their rooms anymore which is very sad for all the guests including the migrants

My toilet was plugged,I have to use the toilet downstairs, was disconnected, no WIF for the 4 days I spent there,unable to use my laptop,I found trash in the bathroom and spilled in the sink, bedsheets was not charged for 3days ; they really need to supervisor cleaners, but I reported to the night attendant, hope tonight is gone be fine, I’m still at work and I will be there at 11:15pm

Was probably a nice hotel at some point. This property has a housing program within.

Had a cockroach in room! Other residents (permeant stay rentals that is) fighting in hallway. Groups of people loitering outside all around building.

So many bugs in the bathroom and so filthy that I had to leave and check into a clean hotel.

Terrible service there was roaches in the room the cards wasn't working and it was terrible all around the board
