Room is nothing like stock pictures. Non smoking room has burn mark on wall and the curtains has burns. Wall outlet cracked and broke. Light coming in around the door then go to lock it and deadbolt won’t lock all the way. 1 pillow out of 4 had pillow cases go ask the front desk they won’t give us another room and only had two pillow cases. Pool area closed and used for storage. Chair looked like it was pulled from a dumpster.

This place is a "hole"!! I don't think much maintenance nor upkeep has been done in a long time. The floors haven't been cleaned in a long time so that the bottom of your feet get dirty. Sink clogged. Just plain "dumpy!!" Bed questionable. Night manager is a ****.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. I’ve been staying in hotels for most of my life from 1-star hotels to 4 stars. I’ve never stayed at such a dirty and run downed hotel as this one. The room was run down such as the furniture looked like it was from a thrift store. It was well worn. The ceiling had dust hanging down from it. There were marks on the walls both in the main room as well as the bathroom. The wallpaper in the bathroom was in bad shape. The tub had a place where the soap dish once was, and you can see the area half repaired and the ceiling had mold and was cracked as well. The wallpaper trim that went around the top of the main room was peeling in one corner. The closet door would not shut properly. The phone did not work and on the last night at 2AM the smoke alarm started to chirp. I had to disconnect it and stash it in the closet wrapped in some pillows to keep from hearing it! The floor had no carpeting which is ok if they kept it clean. It was so dirty that we had to wash our feet each night before going to bed as well as in the morning before putting on our socks!! Blanket had cigarette burn marks and thankfully we brought our own pillows because the ones provided were small and mushy! There were no tissues provided when we got there as well as no stationery or hotel info. There was absolutely no info about the hotel in the room! There was also not a TV channel guide as well. Never took advantage of the continental breakfast but tried the coffee for 2 days. The air pots were always empty, and the coffee was weak. We went to Walmart and bought a Mr. coffee to make our own. After seeing the condition of the room, we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the coffee maker provided. As far as the maid service of this hotel was practically nonexistent. Out of the 5 nights that we would expect our room to be cleaned the next day it was cleaned 2 days. I complained after the first time at 3 PM and they said that they were full the night before and would get to it. The second time at 5PM it was not cleaned a different front desk person said that you have to request your room to be cleaned!! I’m sorry but in all of my years I’ve never heard of this! So, I told him to have our room cleaned every morning until we leave!! The next day it was cleaned but, on the day, before we left once again it was not cleaned!! So, I had to go once again to the front desk to complain and get fresh towels and washcloths!! I purchased this room from Hotwire, and it was listed as a 3.5-star hotel. It is truly a .5-star hotel. The pictures that they show on their website does not reflect the true condition of the room lobby or the dining area. The exterior of the hotel is extremely dirty and run down as well. The walkways, stairwells and walls are very dirty! It reminds me of the gas station fuel islands that are always full of dirt and spill stains! SO! where do I start? First I usually unpack before I write reviews but this...this needs to be said. WYNDAM come on now! you need to get your shizz together. This property is a poor example of your usually great brand. I spent $75 bucks on a room 1 mile from ABQ mainly because I had an early flight and they SAID they had a FREE SHUTTLE. they DO NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE but state they do. Also...why do they need to take $100 for deposit. Dont worry. no one is stealing your stuff. I'm keeping an eye on my bank account and if its not returned in 5 days I'm bringing Chase into this. Staying at a hotel should not be this hard. I'll post my pics later. Honestly, the room was the least of it. Looked close to the pics...ish. I stayed in room #301. Not sure what the other rooms looked like. Then again, I did mention I write reviews here so possibly he gave me the "picture room" as it had the exact same things in it. I can't comment on any other features as I literally got in late and left very early. Until Wyndham gets in there with a major over haul I can not in good faith recommend this hotel.

The bed had so many random nasty stains god knows what was there. Walls were stained and dirty. The wood blinds were broken. The small curtains that were there didn’t even cover half the window and were ripped n barely hanging. No bedding in the room for pull out. Also bed was like sleeping on a tin can. So loud when u moved

I usually have pretty low standards for cheap airport hotels--they're all a bit grimy and have issues, but as long as I can sleep in a clean-enough bed I'm generally happy. But at this location, the fire alarms were broken and went off ALL NIGHT, so we got zero sleep. We found cigar wrappers/trash under our bed, and our smoke detector had been tampered with by a previous guest but the hotel staff didn't notice or fix it in time for our stay. So the night we stayed there we had no personal smoke detector and a faulty building alarm, so if a fire had broken out somewhere we'd never have known to evacuate. Ice machine had weird black gunk coming out of it that I'm hoping was pieces of rubber from the machine itself but could've been anything. Bathroom door didn't close all the way and could not be locked. The tub was very leaky, which was also very loud because we couldn't close the door to muffle it. When I went to the front desk to ask for a discount/refund, I was told the manager had quit on the spot that morning, leaving the front desk entry-level employee there all alone with zero power to help customers, so he had to spend the whole day getting screamed at for something that wasn't his fault and he had no ability to help resolve. Check-in was also understaffed and I was alone in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up to give me my room, and when the employee finally returned from helping another guest elsewhere on property the computer systems went down which further delayed check-in. Again not the employee's fault, but lack of real management, understaffing, inadequate pay to retain employees, and lack of system upkeep made it an incredibly difficult and frustrating stay.

Had to change rooms the first room was very dirty and had a floor lamp that had the cord cut. And the ice bucket had what looked like a melted popsicle in it. The second room was a bit better but not much. Will not stay again.

I was late checking into this place and after checking in and seeing room, I kind of hoped I never did Check in! Holes in the Wall; Bed looks like someone was sleeping/crashing on it. NoTwels/Wash Clothes at all(had to use one of my T-Shirts. On and on With This. I stayed in a Flop House on Skid Row in Los Angeles that the place can compete with.

This was by far the worst hotel/motel i’ve ever been in. The bed frame broke as soon as I sat on it, they placed the bed on the floor to replace it. No pillows were provided and there was no way to contact the front desk easily as the phone has no electricity. This also meant the fridge and microwave gave us some problems. A coffee maker also wasn’t provided, which was horrible as I had a 6AM flight the next day. Plus the room wasn’t clean in general, and the closet had no hangers which kinda defeats the purpose. I would never come back in a million years and I suggest you guys dont as well.
