We came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. Special thanks to Sara (HHONER guest relationship supervisor).

I booked interconnected rooms from 23 July till 28 July and really I was very amazed by high quality of rooms and employees, every thing was wonderfully settles Sure I will go again to feel the same experience

It Is Room Guest of the Room 618 Booking Date 19 of May 2024 It Is Horrible Hotel Starts From The Welcome Disk The Way Of Replay by (NO WORD) I Only Ask For A Good Room Cause I Hade A Very Bad Experiance Before, Then When I Ask Them Before Since More Than 10 Times They Change The Room For Me - But This Time I Repeat My Mistake By Book With This Hotel - The Room Card Key Looks Like Piece Of Junk, Curved And Shapes Like Used Sincureys The Belows Alot Of Human Hair on it  Dirty Bed Sheet - Bathroom Sink Dirtey with hair and stuff The View Is Most Horrible When Open The Certunes I Find My Self At The Noughber Balacony DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT BOOKING WITH GRAND PLAZA HOTEL SMOUHA I Give Them NON STAR :( i did not check the rest of the room yet :(

As usual it was a memorable stay, always feeling I am in my home. . Thanks for the upgrade, nice amenities, the constant following up Big thanks goes to Mahmoud Gamal, Christine, Islam, Ahmed and Hassan ( bellman) , Doaa ( Housekeeping).

كافيه اسكاندارونا ده اكتر مكان بحبه و برتاح فيه احلى فيو فى الدنيا على كورنيش الاسكندريه و على البحر و الاستاف كلهم اكثر من رائعين و تحس انك فى بيتك اولهم مستر عبدالرحمن مدير المكان شخص خلوق جدا و محترم و دايما عارف انا عايزه من قبل ما اتكلم و الخدمه ممتازه فى المكان كله و طبعا مقدرش انسى محمد و احمد و سرعتهم فى الخدمه و العظمه فى الاكل و الشرب واللى تطلبه تلاقيه فى لحظتها .. انا احلامى هنا كلها بلاقيها فى اسرع وقت و دايما الخميس و الجمعه فى حفله حلوه اوى و تسمعوا احلى صوت ماهر سعد و اغانى زمان اللى بتطربنا كلنا و تخلينا مبسوطين وفى موود جميل احلى مكان برتاح فيه طول اقامتى فى الفندق فى الصبح و الليل دايما موجودين و جاهزين للخدمه شكرا ليكم على تعبكم 😍

اتبسطناً في المكان جداا الناس كويسين ومحترمين اوي والاستقبال كان سريع والناس متعاونة اوي وتيم الانيميشن عسل بجد والبحر نظيف اوي اوي وحلو جداا وبجد اتبسطنا والشيفات بيتعاملو كويس ومحترمين والاكل نظيف

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the view more than perfect and breakfast was really amazing too! It's a very modern hotel with all the facilities needed literally! 😍
