Very accommodating. Lovely rooms. Location is great as it is near Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so you can spend a day in both. Use of facilities are good. Very happy to recommend this to someone.

號稱28平方的房間，但給我一間最多16平方的房間，被套沒有套平整，一塊毛巾皺皺巴巴的搭在浴缸邊，提供的東西也很劣質。整個建築除了外殼，裏面看不到多少歷史痕跡。沒有大堂，進門狹窄空間放一個桌子辦入住手續。然後就直接上樓梯。性價比太低。

Nice location, beds and pillows not the best and the shower is not very powerful

Booked as a weekend away to come visit family and take in Stratford. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities aslo very dog friendly which is a huge bonus for us. Gorgeous gardens surrounding the hotel, and on the doorstep there's the hills to exercise the dogs right before breakfast 🥞 Room was clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Staff extremely friendly and the food was excellent, can't fault the place and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous hotel with perfect staff. Busy restaurant and bar. The pool changing rooms need an upgrade but otherwise would stay again.

15世紀的酒店很有歷史感，有提供充足的、且免費的停車位，公共區域暫時沒有什麼可以挑剔的地方，是次訂的是套房，故此對於房間大小與方位的安排都頗為滿意。但是，很不解的是早上起來洗澡的時候…水壓是出奇地有問題🤨本身水壓就不足，況且還加上時出水時不出水的現象…很是讓人焦慮😐廁所🚽馬桶沖水也是水壓不足…後面的一連串種種就不説了😅早餐中規中矩…傳統的英式早餐都沒什麼驚喜，唯有一點驚嚇就是切出來的西瓜已經發臭了🤮

The hotel is ideally situated for a short trip to Stratford upon Avon. Just a short walk into the centre. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was large. Car parking is easy and plentiful. Not too expensive. On the downside (slightly) there is no lift. But only 2 floors. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. No issues required resolving. We didn’t use the leisure facilities.
