Lokasi yang bagus, pemandangan terbaik, tetapi paipnya menjijikkan, semuanya bocor. Dan lifnya perlahan dan sempit, dahulu ada beberapa daripadanya, kini hanya tinggal satu, selebihnya telah disekat.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far! I arrived at the hotel around 5 AM, and fortunately (thank you for the receptionist who attended me), they had a room available for early check-in (for half the price). The view was absolutely amazing, and the room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, hair dryer, disposable slippers, bathrobe, towels, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The breakfast? I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included! It’s a buffet with an extensive selection—mains, soups, and desserts change daily. They also have pies, cheeses, breads, cereals, and so much more. I didn’t even recognize some of the dishes and didn’t get to try everything, but everything I did taste was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent, with bus stations and the subway just a short walk away. I was able to walk to several tourist spots like Panfilov Park, Green Bazaar, and many more. One of the best features of the hotel is the keycard system — you can only access your assigned floor and the first floor, where the reception is located (from there, you can easily walk to the breakfast and spa areas)

Excellent location, first class service at this well established hotel, with a long tradition formerly managed by the hero who in his younger years put the victory flag over Reichstag in Berlin. This hotel is modern renovated and decorated to s high standard, esthetically and technically. Heating works like a clock, andvroom have s balcony with nice views, with no traffic noise. Nice breakfast too There are Whoosh Jet and Yandex scooters, cable car, parks, pedestrian street, subway all within walking distance.

During my stay, I really enjoyed my room, comfort and convenience of this hotel. Also it was a wonderful involvement into the history and prospects of the Almaty hotel which is located in the historical center of Almaty and provides high-quality service for the clients. Breakfast is highly recommended.

100% recommended. Bfast is very good. The only problem we had was that the ac was not functioning well looks like it wasnt cleaned recently. Very hot even if its temperature is low already.

A brand new hotel with strategic location . Value goes into location . Rate 3 star with higher room rate.

Hotel location is good. They have a nice breakfast. Service is ok.

ロケーションは市街地にあり具体的にはカザフ国立オペラ・バレエ劇場の目の前にあります。バス停やトロリーバスのほか地下鉄の駅も近くにあります。フロントではロシア語のほか英語も通じます。部屋は十分な広さがあります。冷蔵庫の中身はミニバーで有料(チェックアウト時に利用有無を聞かれます)ですが、机の上に置いてあるペットボトルの水は無料です。シャワーはお湯が出るのに時間がかかりますがしばらく待っていればちゃんと出ます。朝食バイキングの種類は比較的多いです。(リクエストを受け付けているかはわかりませんが)国立劇場側/Kabanbay Batyra通り側の部屋は景色が綺麗ですのでおすすめです！

非常好！房間非常乾淨和新，唯一的缺點是新酒店吧有裝修味道。非常滿意！位置也很方便，周邊吃的也很好找。

酒店很新，服務很好，房間不大，但是帶個露台能看到遠處的雪山，很不錯

酒店距離機場大約15分鐘路程 房間很乾凈 小冰箱裏 飲品很多 早餐豐富 出酒店門口右手轉對面站台坐12路 200塊倒數第二站就可以到達阿拉木圖國家公園
