Hotel berhampiran Monument Bust to Ivan Panfilov, Almaty

The hotel ist exceptional and good. The rooms are spacious and of high quality, the beds super and great. Fresh fruits, coffee and some small sweets are in the rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For me it is the best solution with a fair relationship of price and service in Almaty. I had a service issue and the issue has been solved for my full satisfaction by the manager within a few hours. Extremely customer oriented hotel and management. Anytime to be recommended

Oh my God from where I start! This hotel deserves to be # 1 in Almaty. The moment we checked in it was pure luxury all through our stay. We booked two superior rooms and the rooms on the Privilege floor (11th floor) were just perfect for our 4 night stay...every small detail was taken care of by a fabulous team, jacuzzi on the same floor was so relaxing, the service was exceptional, breakfast spread had so many choices (their pâtissière dishes have to be given a special mention). What stands out is the location of the hotel, so close to Promenade and popular sights. Finding a Yandex will never be a problem, no matter what time of the day it is. Would love to stay again at Mercure Almaty City Center!!

Были в номере люкс, это конечно не люкс, но в целом все было хорошо, уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день, предметы гигиены. Больше всего понравилось расположение, очень удобно было добираться в разные места и передвигаться пешком, просто вечером погулять возле Дворца республики. Завтрак входил в стоимость, был с 7 до 11,но по факту в 10 уже есть было особо нечего, поэтому если хотите позавтракать, надо вставать рано, чего в отпуске не хочется. Сауна, бассейн и тренажёрный зал на троечку, но мы и не ради этого ехали. Территории своей почти нет, но при этом всё таки можно посидеть вечерком на улице за столиком, ввиду отсутствия балконов. В целом можно рекомендовать как хорошую и доступную гостиницу.

Это самый отвратительный отель из всех, с которыми приходилось сталкиваться. И дело даже не в маленьких номерах - это как раз можно объяснить низкой ценой. Приехал по работе, проживал 6 ночей, за это время в номере ни разу не убрались, не поменяли бельё и полотенца! Даже мусор не вынесли. Завтрак просто ужасен - даже булочку удалось испортить (вся жирная в масле, с отвратным вкусом). Чек готовили два дня (!) после выселения. Хорошо, я не сразу уехал из Алматы, а просто переселился. В общем, если останавливаться на пару ночей без завтрака, то, наверно, норм. Но на долгие остановки не подходит.

Подходит для переночевать на одну или две ночи. Немного устарелая мебель в номере. Есть общая кухня с плитой и посудой. Два общих санузла с душевыми. Соседи не шумят. Рядом торговый центр с супермаркетом.

On a holiday in Kazakhstan for 15 days, my wife and I stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions and have returned with mixed reactions - 1) 2 Nights on the first leg of our trip - Though the hotel and room looked a little rundown requiring refurbishment, it was a comfortable stay and service though, very stiff and formal, was acceptable. Breakfast - Very good; Communication - Poor due to most staff members being unable to communicate in English. 2) 1 Night on the second leg - Room very good. Service - Stiff but again acceptable. Breakfast again very good and communication poor. BUT the worst part was that the integrity of house keeping and reception staff was suspicious. While checking out after our first stay, my wife had left behind a set of clothes in the wardrobe. This came to realization, after reaching our next destination and I immediately called up the hotel and informed them. The lady assured that she would check and ring back, which she never did. When we checked-in around 5 days later, I was told that house-keeping had reported that nothing was left behind. My wife was firm and we asked to speak to a senior manager or the GM. It was then that we were asked to please wait for a recheck once again. One hour later, I received a call in my room, requesting me to collect the dress from the reception, without the courtesy of having it sent up to our room. 3) 1 Night on the last leg, before taking our flight back home. Room - Small and in very poor condition with walls having peeling wall paper and stains, Shower room, very small restricting mobility for me at 184cms height. I requested if the room could be changed but was answered with a curt - SORRY. OVERALL - This hotel definitely needs to upgrade it's service which is the FIRST ESSENTIAL in the hospitality business. A mechanical smile and words of welcome are not enough to convince a traveller to come back. If my bookings were not pre-confirmed, I would certainly not re-visit after our experience on the second time.

Struttura piuttosto semplice ed abbastanza pulita,situata non lontano dal centro di Almaty. La mia camera era,abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,dotata di balcone,bagno con doccia,set di cortesia,in particolare ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso si tratta di una buona struttura,non ancora avvezza secondo me,ad accogliere turisti da tutto il Mondo . Colazione e barriere linguistiche (solo un receptionist su quattro con cui abbia avuto a che fare,parlava inglese) da migliorare. Per il resto,lo consiglierei.

Полотенца застиранные и видно что старые может и чистые но прям серые С водой проблемы, ее то совсем нет или нет горячей. Умыться даже нечем. На завтрак даже элементарного кофе нету, это очень печально(( на самом деле завтрак совсем не похож на шведский стол скорее на школьную столовку😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

I had an 11 hour layover between my flight from Dubai to my flight to Atyrau and was really searching for a hotel near the airport that was convenient and reasonably priced. Grand Hotel Erbil is both of those. I made the booking online with the option to pay on arrival. The booking made provision for a free shuttle pickup from the airport and a very reasonable transfer back the following morning. The hotel confirmed everything by Whatsapp. Contactless payment. Clean room. Clean linen. Friendly and efficient service. I ordered a simple burger and chips via WhatsApp and the food arrived hot and fresh. Minibar is fully stocked and reasonably priced. Their menu is extensive (55 page book) and they cater for everything from a bowl of hummus to platters of meats, cakes, cocktails, etc. For a traveller, this hotel is well worth it. 國人開的民宿，位置有些偏了；工作人員很熱情，能解決早飯；衞浴是公用的；靠近馬路，有點點吵。按照門牌號打車終點是旅店的背面。要自己帶毛巾。出門左手300米有中餐館，比較隱蔽。
