Mohans Binsar Retreat

Hotel is so beautiful from inside. Excellent service. Duty Manager honoured our request and arranged for a special table for us (for candle light dinner). Though it was simple but their efforts and services we highly appreciate. Very clean resort and hygiene is maintained very well. Location and view are ultimate. Consider this resort for your stay in Binsar. We had a memorable experience staying here.

I stayed at Mohan's for 3 days and had a really good experience! Rooms: The room was very spacious. All amenities were available and service was prompt. The room had a beautiful attached balcony with chairs and a view of the mountains. Weather- I visited Binsar in June and the weather was unbearably hot and there were no air conditioners anywhere in the town. It may be a good idea to check the availability of ACs prior to booking for the summer months. Food: Food was delicious and the quality was really good as well. There was a good variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options in the buffet. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Though overall the hotel was very clean, I found a few small misses like a few pieces of chips lying under my table in my room and a used hand soap from a previous guest's visit. That said, there was otherwise no compromise on quality and cleanliness when it came to food and services, etc. Location: Mohan's is located at a great location, has a great view and is also surrounded by good cafes. It's also very close to the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary gate (though I wasn't able to visit because of the fire). Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed the hospitality at Mohan's. The staff was very helpful and prompt!

Our stay at Mohan's was fantastic – the food, location, and overall experience were outstanding. The staff was incredibly courteous, always ready to assist with a positive, can-do attitude. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could use some refurbishing. Apart from that, everything else was top-notch.

Pleasant stay with s beautiful green cafe. The location is awesome just a walking distance from kesar devi temple. The negative point is the maintenance of the room in terms of cleanliness of switch sockets and furniture.

We stayed at the Padam which is so called the highest category room. It was terrifically hot room and they don't have AC in it. When we checked with the manager, he said that we did not get time to get it installed. They also know that the room is extremely burning with heat these days but their ultimate aim is just to book. They don't car about the hospitality. Overpriced hotel seeing the facility & service. I dont recommend "Padam" at least in this season.

Location fine, evening food was good but missed variety, morning breakfast was average and lacked variety, old style rooms with too many stairs, staff was polite but reception kept asking for checkout even since 10:30 am.
