Hotel com bom ambiente, quartos bons, e com bons restaurantes, o lanche para os mais pequenos não existe pois só tem cachorros e hamburgers.

The lovely advisor Rafaela from Hotel Tivoli Alvor Resort introduced me the best horse riding tour in Alvor. She kindly showed me her experience and photos. It was the best ride I have ever had in my life. Thanks to her. :)

Very well appointed hotel with staff to match. The buffet meals always gave a really good choice of dishes, each very well cooked and presented. Main courses always included fish, meat and vegetarian options without repeating within the week that we were there.

Honestly had the best stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious with a good selection. Special shout out to Raza and Alex on the bar - best pina colada I’ve ever had! Adult pool is great for an escape but the kids were very entertained throughout with kids club, lots of pools and evening entertainment.

Hello, and greetings from Norway! Me and my friends are staying here for a week in September, and it is excellent! Today and two days prior we chose to eat at Carrosello, the italian restaurant with amazing food and excellent staff! Today we had Chaudhry and Filpe, and the other day we had someone I believe is called Carlos. We had a great time both times, and we look forward to going back! Hugs, Therese, Thomas, Tom and Nora

Just had a 5 night break here with husband and three kids. Rooms were lovely, clean and air con amazing! Plenty of choice in the buffet, also bbq was amazing in the afternoon, ice creams available as well as drinks, including slushies. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the specialist restaurants as our time was short with activities planned in the local towns. Will definitely be coming back

Loved our stay here! If you visit the Italian restaurant make sure you say hello to Choudury and ‘Lauren’ (male- definitely a different spelling but similar pronunciation) they went above and beyond and really made our visits memorable . They just wanted help in any way possible and made us feel special! They 100% deserve recognition ! Thankyou for everything you did for us, especially the ‘premium’ wine ;) from the ‘limoncello couple’

What an amazing hotel for families. As all inclusives go, this made an exceptional change from some of the soulless hotels you get. Food and drinks ace. Al la carte very nice, but the italian stood out for us becuase of the service, waiters and food. Special mention to Felipe Gunha, for making it memorable and understanding that attention to people goes a long way in creating an experience that will be remembered. During our second visit we were served by another nice guy, also called Felipe and a lovely Pakistani man called chaudry, who were more than happy to help. Felipe Gunha also went out of his way at the start of thd night, to say hello and make sure we were being looked after. I should also mention Camila at front of house who was super professional. Top service from Italian team and the sea bass was 10 out of 10. Kids loved the pizza, and said they were better than pizza express. Hotel rooms very nice although one of the two children's beds was hard, so not comfy but my daughter slept fine, which was the only compliant for the room. Cleaned daily by the lovely cleaning ladies. Entertainment team were really lovely people and gave 110%. Some of the evening entertainment was not to our taste, but kids loved the daytime activities, with the pool acrobatics their favourite. Great to have land train to town, and nice private walk to the beach. Also great to have gym. Small but functional and used every day. Few niggles. At busy times getting a sun longer was tricky and no enforcement of removing towels was disappointing, when it is advertised. Couldn't get into Mad Med. I would do away with fajitas on mexican night, as it just creates a backlog in the restaurant and wasn't worth the wait. People could put their own together.
