Very clean room. Lack of toiletries compare to other similar hotels (no hand body, tooth brush, shower cap). Easy check in/check out. Close to tram stop to downtown. Several supermarket nearby: Lidl and Albert Heijn.

Wonderful staff Yanick and Ilaria get name mentions! Wonderful room and view. Great location eve though it is not in the city but a simple two stops to Noord from Central Station. Beautiful spaces to relax in. Amazing breakfast! 10 out of 10!

stayed 6 night at the room (Not the highway side) . Very great mattress and room size with a decent size fridge where we stored food. The staff is for me the biggest asset of this hotel. Friendly, helpful and super professionnal. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. You can leave your bag at the hotel if you plan a trip somewhere else and come back to sleep at the hotel. This hotel is very clean and simple, sleeping in a cube may seem weird but they are well organised so that you don’t feel claustrophobic. The bathrooms are clean and look good. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious cocktails. I recommend if you don’t have a very big budget but you still want to stay in somewhere nice.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It is 35 minutes ride via tram 17 from the central station, but you might have to wait it for about 10 minutes, and there is a 15 minutes walk from tram stop to hotel, so you are looking for about 1 hour to get from hotel to city center. It is a residential area, and there is nothing interesting nearby though you can eat at a very decent Sahan restaurant. On the other hand we saw rabbits and geese near the hotel :-) The room and bathroom were really large, there were beds, a chair, and armchair, a desk, a small round table, a dresser, a closet. The breakfast cost 14.50 euro. and it was excellent. There were hot items (scrambled eggs, fried bacon, kidney beans), cheese, sausages, fruits, pastries, different type of bread, juices, etc. The room and bathroom were clean but the cleaning team cold do better (I accidently dropped a cotton ball on the shower floor and found it on the next day on the same place). Unfortunately there was no tea/coffee in the room. You can buy tea at the reception but it would cost 2 euro. There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff is nice and helping customers providing maps etc. The hotel located about 15-20 minutes from the airport which is also convenient for visiting Keukenhof gardens.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was super tasty, and the rooms were very comfortable. However, the pillows were too soft for me, and the dishes in the room's kitchen weren't very clean when we arrived. The price was good for the Amsterdam area - you will struggle to get rooms this spacious for a similar price in the city. Despite being a fair way out from the centre of Amsterdam, is was a hassle free tram ride to get in to the centre, so it didn't feel far away. Overall, I would recommend Cityden Zuidas if you want a bit of extra space and the option to cook your own meals.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a pleasant and comfortable experience. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and it had all the amenities as described, including a kitchen area with a microwave. This was particularly convenient for me as I preferred to prepare some of my meals. One of the highlights of my stay was the good view from the hotel's roof. It provided a lovely vantage point to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Additionally, the roof also served as a designated smoking area. Another feature that I found useful was the presence of a minimarket or minibar within the hotel. The hotel offered laundry services, although it was at an additional cost. For a reasonable fee of 3 euros, I could have my laundry washed, and an optional 3 euros for the use of the drying machine. While this added expense was a minor inconvenience, it was a convenient option to have available. Overall, my hotel stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room, the available amenities, the good view from the roof, and the convenience of the minimarket/minibar made my experience comfortable and satisfying. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again in the future. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, the hotel also provided a convenient free luggage drop-off area. This option proved to be extremely useful as I arrived before the official check-in time. Instead of lugging my bags around while waiting for my room to be ready, I could securely leave them in the designated area. This allowed me to explore the nearby attractions or grab a bite to eat without the burden of carrying my luggage.

Friendly staff, quick check in and if you book via a third party you pay taxes it's not much to be honest. Rooms are constantly being cleaned, big kitchen to do some cooking. There's a shop behind 5minutes away. Big community area and plenty of activities to engage in. It'd a ferry away from Centraal train station which is convenient

So close to the airport and the beds are good. And it's so easy to get there. I always go to Max hotels when I travel to the states. It reduces stress because I don't have to think about anything because it's so close.The people in the hotel are always so friendly and the last time I cried because my friend was going home and the man from the hotel gave me free coffee and a tissue. The showers are good too :)
