Jumeirah Capri Palace

A beautiful stay in Anacapri. Secluded from the busy main road and chair lift queues, this stunning hotel was an absolute joy. Our room was spacious and had a lovely sea view over the pool at sunset. Spa was nice. Breakfast was spectacular with so many options- all delicious. We were kindly gifted gins and tonics in our room on our second night which was lovely. Only small issue was being unable to use the sunloungers at the beach club. We reserved and were driven down in the hotel car but wasn’t able to stay as they said the staff said they were fully booked. A shame as plenty of loungers were unoccupied. But still lovely to visit even for a short time. Overall very lovely hotel and very much enjoyed our stay

Capri Palace is completely dedicated to your comfort and pleasure during your stay. The service provided by all members of the staff is unmatched. The facility has world class restaurants, an incredible outdoor pool, a medical spa and breathtaking beach club for swimming and dining. What more could you want.

Stayed at the Palace for 1 night (couldn’t get the other 2 we needed) and was magical! The staff was over the top friendly, the facilities were second to none, and the restaurant Zuma did not disappoint (moonlit night with great food)! Everything about the place was absolutely top-notch, 5-star in every way. Kudos to the entire hotel team and their obvious attention to providing the best of everything for their guests!

Received like a VIP and very smooth check in process, excellent staff. The front desk staff as well as the Concierge service were very professional. Drivers such as Paulo and Angelo were very efficient.

We have been in Capri many times and last year, before leaving, we spent memorable moments at the Bar degli Artisti listening to the beautiful live music till the closing time. Eventually the solo guitarist asked us about our favorite songs and played them. This year we went again to the Bar degli Artisti and we were very happy to meet the same solo singer who remembered us and performed exceptionally! We even danced as did others guests, too! Looking forward to seeing him again next year !

My daughter and I took our first trip to Capri and I booked tis hotel via American Express travel suggestion. We could not have been happier, the hotel is absolutely stunning, the lobby has one of the most beautiful views, the staff is beyond helpful and kind, the spa and gym are wonderful. The hotel was clean, and the room was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The mosaic pool was just lovely, and the staff could not have been better!! We will ABSOLUTELY be back, we can't wait!! And the location is right in the center of AnaCapri with shops and restaurant just steps away!

Our experience at Capri Palace exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived,Lucia, Adele and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. I’ve never written a review of a hotel experience, but I had to do this one because I can’t stop singing their praises. If you have the opportunity to visit Capri this is a must stay! Nothing will ever compare!

Capri was absolutely beautiful! This hotel was beautiful & amazing! Great staff, food,location and service! We were treated so well by everyone! This hotel is spectacular and so many ways! Great pool, clean, spacious rooms and great service at the hotel restaurants and bar! The breakfast was great we didn’t have any complaints! Zuma rooftop restaurant was amazing!! The views, food and service 10/10!!! The Capri chairlifts are very close to the hotel best time to go would be around 5pm otherwise the lineups are insane! So many snacking restaurants and shops around the hotel. We went to the Dior beach club and it was great but it was way too hot! I wish they had a pool or something and it was really cool to see. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious so glad we made reservations! Staff were so nice and a fabulous vibe!! This hotel was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay! We will definitely go back! Our flight was early morning and we were so happy when they provided us 3 boxes full of breakfast it was a great surprise!! We got the hotel to make arrangements for pick up and drop off and so glad we did that!! It was a bit pricey but totally worth every penny! Once we got off the ferry a driver was waiting for us to drop us off at the airport!! So pay the extra for transfers!!

Our stay at Capri Palace was one of the most wonderful travel experiences we have ever had as a family. AnaCapri is so much more calm than the city center of Capri. The hotel has the two best restaurants on the island. We checked in at the front desk with Giusy Menna and she made our vacation—taking care of every detail afterward and making so many recommendations that became incredible memories. The rest of the staff to a person was attentive to every need!
