Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Anaheim

Terrible experience! There’s a strike going on agains the hotel so the ex employees would come around the hotels and make loud noises to wake the guests up at 6 in the morning. I am traveling with my family who had special needs and came from overseas to visit me. I decided to take them to Disney as my treat. But the experience is just so terrible that no one even showed up to stop the protesters. Our second day at Disney was so tiring due to the protests. When I reached out to the front desk, I was told to “call the Anaheim police station myself”!?!???

No room service is a big letdown. Having to enter our building via the back wasn’t good. All my bookings made through trip.com were wrecked by them changing it from 6 of us to just 2 adults.

Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there. Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

Great family hotel! The suites were spacious and the location is awesome. Our group was very well treated and I appreciated the extra kindness shown by the staff to my troop of 9 girls. Special shout out to the kitchen staff, ofelia, veronica, emilia, ricardo, dulce, mario, and joshua!!

酒店環境好 ，衛生乾淨 ，兩天打掃一次 服務好 ，也有一個帥哥會中文。滿足福朋喜來登的標準。主幹道高速路交叉口，噪音大。應該大多數房間都有影響。

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

とても快適に過ごせました。2日に一度のルームクリーニングでしたが、特に不便な点はなかったです。 朝ごはんでは毎日フルーツを食べることができて節約になりました。自分の部屋に持っていき食べても良いとのことで毎日自分の部屋で食べました。 ホテルの一階にある点心レストランの小籠包がとても美味しかったです。

Menginap di Ayres di Anaheim ini adalah pengalaman yang sempurna. Daripada Leslie membantu saya membawa masuk barang-barang saya kepada perkhidmatan pelanggan Bo yang cemerlang. Saya terpaksa menginap di hotel ini selama seminggu dan ia sesuai untuk jangka masa panjang dan pendek. Ia bersih, teratur dan mempunyai sarapan percuma yang hebat. Pengurus Amanda menguruskan semua keperluan saya dan membuat susulan dengan saya untuk sebarang maklum balas. Amanda mengagumkan saya dan semua tetamu. Terima kasih

Nice hotel clean and helpful staff, big room with my 5 luggage’s all open 🤣 The breakfast smell so good !
