Decent hotel with helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend.

I remember visiting Neuschwanstein Castle when I first came to Germany in 2006, but what attracted me deeply was the tranquil Alpine Lake at the foot of the mountain. In the following two years, I came here twice by chance, and each time I took the same route, but I never really enjoyed the slow pace here. So this 18th anniversary trip is my fourth time to Neuschwanstein Castle, and I deliberately chose to stay by the Alpine Lake at the foot of Neuschwanstein Castle! Even if it's raining today, enduring the traffic jam on the German highway, and driving 370 kilometers for four and a half hours, I must come! As expected, the hotel is in an excellent location, the room is not only spacious, but also the view is amazing: looking up at the dormer window, the Old Swan Castle on the left and the New Swan Castle on the right; turning around and looking at the big window on the other side, the Alpine Lake is outside... This is simply a fairyland scenery! I was just feeling proud when I suddenly realized that no matter how I inserted the room card, there was no electricity in the room. I immediately called the front desk to report the problem. The electrician who came to help me fix it was actually the uncle who did my valet parking. After taking apart all the panels in my closet for a long time, he discovered that there was a distribution box inside. After fiddling with it for a while, he finally fixed it. Then he discovered that there were no slippers, bathrobes, or water in the room, so he hurried back to restock them. Before he finished his work here, he looked up and saw a huge live spider on the ceiling... Fortunately, the uncle was very quick and quick and fixed everything quickly. I couldn't help but whisper to him: It feels like you are the only employee in your hotel, and you are working so hard! He also shook his head helplessly and said: It is indeed a National Day and we are short of staff... I am really curious about how the overtime pay is calculated for working overtime on the National Day, hahahahaha

There are a lot of buses at the entrance of the hotel and it is very convenient. The hotel is beautiful and there is an elevator. The staff is very good and the room is very new. Hoff is a beautiful place. Six of us from Fusen to Berlin, deliberately chose to stay for one night in Hof, did not expect this place to be very beautiful, regretted leaving less time for Hof. I will definitely stay more time for Hof next time.

There were flies in the room, and I spent the whole night fighting them without success. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is very close to Neuschwanstein Castle with many restaurants nearby. The parking fee wasn't expensive, and the hotel even provided free bus tickets, but the bus was too crowded, so it's better to drive.

Excellent location. Room is clean & spacious. Asked for room service to send 2 forks to our room, and was told it costs 11 Euro as service fee.

Very beautiful hotel, one could call it upscale the least - better than many other 5 star hotels I stayed at, while officially it is actually not classified with 5 stars. Most staff was extremely friendly and professional. It smells nice, feels fancy, floor heating, rain shower, sound isolation, all the little nice things. It is just missing a sauna, only issue I could point out.

The room is very spacious, daily hygiene, the room has soap shower gel, no shampoo, no toothpaste toothbrush slippers in European and American hotels need to bring their own, the room has a kettle, the hotel has a paid washing machine to wash clothes and dry clothes, the hotel breakfast is OK. Hotel location OK between Puma and Adidas head office, within ten minutes walk of Adidas, Puma 15 minutes, do not call the car around, no food, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also good, the nearest outside is McDonald's, otherwise you have to drive for about 30 minutes to Nuremberg Town Center to eat Meal.

We stayed here for Adele's concert! Location wise if you are taking public transportation, theres a station near the hotel around 500m, but if you are taking big luggage bags with you, its going to be a hassle a bit. The hotel situated a bit outside from the town area which we very much like it. The amenities were great, staffs were helpful and very nice. The room was great too! They have a coffee machine at the lounge area for a price of 3€ and some snacks for sell too.

Super beautiful atmosphere with very prevalent Co-operate and a beautiful castle park! Restaurant is very good ! We'll be tribal guests!
