We had an amazing stay! Great location, excellent service, parking at the resort, we Ubered to Disney with ease.

アナハイム旅行で使いました。ディズニーランドへは少し距離がありますが歩ける距離です。有名な日本向けホテルも近くにあり夜に返ってくる時に一緒になる人が多かったです。 2階建てでアパートのような雰囲気です。扉を開けると廊下はなく直ぐ部屋になってます。部屋は広めです。 新しくはないですが綺麗に清掃されてます。 エンゼルスタジアムまではオレンジカウンティバスで20分くらいです。アプリを入れると簡単に1日券も買えます。 ガソリンスタンドにコンビニもあるので朝食にも困りません。 道路に面していないので静かでとても過ごしやすかったです。

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

This place was perfect to me! I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were. Thank you for everything!

Check in required more paperwork than other hotels that I have stayed in. However, once checked in service was very good. The room was spotless and odor-free when we checked in. The shower head was decent given that it has to be very low flow due to California's current water crisis. Also, due to reduced staffing levels across all of the hotels we stayed at on this trip, the room received service only by request. When requested we received additional soaps and coffee very quickly. We reused our towels the two nights we stayed and they were more than adequate. Internet service allowed me to do some necessary work without having to hunt for a signal. I was very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in the staff was so accomodating and polite. We are very light sleepers and concerned about being so close to the freeway, but we heard nothing. It was so quiet and peaceful in the hotel in general and in our room. What an enexpected blessing! The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the size of the shower and how there were plenty of shelves for our families shower products. We made use of the gym while we were there. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cold for us. There were people enjoying it and the hot tub as well. They had a nice, free breakfast that had hot and cold items. Better than most hotels we've stayed at. Also, there is a Star bucks within about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, bonus for us!. The area seems to be very safe and clean. We never had any issues walking around at night. There is plenty of parking as well. If you are visiting Disneyland you can get the ART shuttle, but we always Uber. The price of the Uber was an average of $7 to $12 each way. It was probably high due to the fact that there was a convention with 90k visitors and the start of springbreak in the midwest. This was our first stay at this property. We really enjoyed our stay here. If Ayres other properties are as nice an accomodating as this one we will give them a try as well. Thanks Ayres!

The location is the best thing about the hotel, but be careful how many breaths you take because they might charge you extra lol. It's a good hotel just not great, which is still pretty ok.

The cleanest rooms ever. Clean linen, clean bathrooms, clean towels all 6 nights we stayed. Front desk polite professional. Cleaning staff friendly and hard workers. Safe location, no hobos or such around the property. Safe normal tourists. The free breakfast pastry, bread, fruit, cold cereal, milk and juices. Kept clean. Decent beds and pillows. Clean fridge and microwave. Downside no safe. Yet i would come back here everytime hands down.

The front desk clerk seemed not friendly no smile on his face. The bed sheet was clean but the material was not cotton may be made of synthetic material. The room window roll up curtain couldn’t close find out at 10pm before sleep. Morning breakfast was really not that exciting, scrambled eggs add a lot of bread crumbs in it. The sausage had a lot of fat, good thing was fresh orange and Apple found on the table. I may not choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!
