Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, excellent service, parking at the resort, we Ubered to Disney with ease.

This place was perfect to me! I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in the staff was so accomodating and polite. We are very light sleepers and concerned about being so close to the freeway, but we heard nothing. It was so quiet and peaceful in the hotel in general and in our room. What an enexpected blessing! The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the size of the shower and how there were plenty of shelves for our families shower products. We made use of the gym while we were there. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cold for us. There were people enjoying it and the hot tub as well. They had a nice, free breakfast that had hot and cold items. Better than most hotels we've stayed at. Also, there is a Star bucks within about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, bonus for us!. The area seems to be very safe and clean. We never had any issues walking around at night. There is plenty of parking as well. If you are visiting Disneyland you can get the ART shuttle, but we always Uber. The price of the Uber was an average of $7 to $12 each way. It was probably high due to the fact that there was a convention with 90k visitors and the start of springbreak in the midwest. This was our first stay at this property. We really enjoyed our stay here. If Ayres other properties are as nice an accomodating as this one we will give them a try as well. Thanks Ayres!

The cleanest rooms ever. Clean linen, clean bathrooms, clean towels all 6 nights we stayed. Front desk polite professional. Cleaning staff friendly and hard workers. Safe location, no hobos or such around the property. Safe normal tourists. The free breakfast pastry, bread, fruit, cold cereal, milk and juices. Kept clean. Decent beds and pillows. Clean fridge and microwave. Downside no safe. Yet i would come back here everytime hands down.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby. One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

Clean, Comfortable Accommodations, Many TV Channels, Nice Step-In Showers, Extra Pillows provided, Complimentary breakfast had good assortment, Adequate parking, Freeway friendly, many local restaurants within walking or short driving distance.

Location was good and the rooms were beautifully new, the only complaint I had was- I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste; so I asked the front desk for a set of complimentary products (as displayed inside of the room that we can ask for one). The staff said they ran out and needed some time to find a set. One hour later, no response. Called them again, said the same thing. I waited until I fell asleep and still no one brought me anything. Even until the next morning, they just forgot all about it and pretend nothing happened.

Stayed with my husband and child. Mediocre stay. Disappointing experience as a gold member. Issues experienced: - Messaged the hotel two days before asking for a crib to be ready. They acknowledged and even confirmed at check in the crib was already in. Got to room, crib not there. Had to call and ask. Housekeeping brought it soon enough. - As my child starts to explore, she finds a new button battery on the floor. Parents of young children will know these are extremely dangerous and potentially fatal to children if swallowed. I brought it to the hotel’s attention and all they said was they would ensure housekeeping was aware. Not even an apology… - Walls were paper thin. During our last two nights, the room next door kept their tv on HIGH entire night. Asked front desk multiple times to address but tv volume remained unchanged. - Cleanliness throughout room was questionable…

Love the water bottles. The staff is nice. Can grab coffee in the morning on the go. Overall, it’s great for business travel.
