Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Ankaran

Wir waren schon öfter da; wie immer (fast) alles bestens. Allerdings dieses Mal 2 Kritikpunkte: Nachtbeleuchtung zu den Parkplätzen war defekt (war bekannt und wurde trotz neuerlichem Hinweis unsererseits nicht repariert). Bar am Strand war leider geschlossen, trotz regem Interesse seitens der Gäste. Für mich unverständlich.

Scelto a caso tra molte offerte, Rezidenca Ortus è stata un piacevole punto di partenza alla scoperta della zona. Camera adeguata (materasso comodissimo), WiFi veloce, buone le pulizie, bagno piccolo ma carino e con doccia super, comodo il terrazzo, TV con un solo canale in italiano. Nella nostra camera purtroppo non erano presenti né le imposte né le tende oscuranti e al mattino venivamo svegliati presto dalla luce che entrava dalla finestra, non era presente il bidet. Bella la Spa a disposizione della clientela: due saune super, spogliatoio e docce pulite, area relax con frutta ed acqua aromatizzate sempre disponibili. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sperimentare i vari pacchetti massaggio e la grotta del sale. Colazione a buffet, con scelta tra cibi dolci e salati, caldi e freddi. La qualità è decisamente migliorabile ma comunque piacevole. L'hotel è ubicato in una zona tranquillissima e silenziosa, il mare non è lontano (dieci minuti a piedi). Purtroppo attorno alla struttura non c'è nulla ma in dieci minuti di auto arrivi a Muggia oppure a Capodistria.

Die Apartments liegen anders als das Hotel am Berghang, hier ist es etwas umständlich mit einem größeren Fahrzeug vorzufahren oder gar zu Parken. Ansonsten alles Bestens für eine Familie.

This property is nice, styled in the Baroque period. Staff are friendly (Eastern Euro friendly that is... not bad, just different from”Western” friendly), and have been helpful (Jem, Sarah, Maria.) The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would not describe this property as an American luxury hotel, but it is certainly very nice. The toiletries and towels are skimpy, however sufficient. The breakfast buffet is certainly less in quantity than other hotels in Croatia offer in Rijeka, but the food is GOOD and fresh, there is cerals, scrambled eggs, yogurts, cheeses, breads, meats, juices and HOT coffee that tastes great. You won't be hungry with this buffet. The other reviews that complain are just whiners. The ONLY negative with this property is that the AC in each room (we had 2 rooms) are: noisy, barely cool and do smell musty. We opened the windows since it cools down nicely at night but there are no screens, so the mosquitos come in, so it is a catch 22: be warm or be bitten by bugs. Overall, I would stay here again.

Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta meja dan langsir/tirai gelap terus.

The whole hotel is reminiscent of the trade union resorts of the socialist era. On arrival, there is no access to the entrance, and luggage has to be carried about 50 metres to the reception, come rain or shine. Parking is free, provided you can find a parking space somewhere, and there's no help in finding one, park where you can, in my case it was about 500 metres from the hotel, on the hill next to the buses. The groups arrive in huge buses - like in socialism for the tour - so as a private guest you have to wait until the groups' business is sorted out, then it's your turn. The guest area has been renovated, but the service roads are in a state of terminal disrepair. The air-conditioning units have probably not been cleaned for years, smiling merrily with mould... Meals are served in rotation, and you can pick up your prepaid breakfast and dinner on a self-service basis. The noise is horrendous, over 100 people trying to eat at once, children screaming and shouting is the normal noise level. At dinner, the few staff who call themselves waiters - the rest are just clearing the dishes - immediately find you to bring you a drink at a gold price, which they don't pour and, for example, you have to drink beer from a wine glass, as it's on the table, they don't bring you another. The crowds can make you wait half an hour to pay for your drink, but if you don't tip enough they will make a point of it, making faces. They heat without any need for heating, but you can't adjust the temperature on the panel in the room, it's disabled, and if you open the balcony door, the rain pours into the room. Do not go during school holidays, because the swimming pool area is full of parents with small children and the pool is not big enough for such a crowd, because other paying guests can come in from the outside. Kids running around screaming in the hallways, nothing like a four star hotel. The swimming pool water is dirty, smelly, after a swim the bathing suits smelled so bad you couldn't wash them. We threw them out. The staff are not helpful, they don't even want you to have a good time and come back because of the mass tourism. I will not.

Nice hotel with good location and excellent breakfast but the staff is very rude . They asked me 60 euros for a mini fridge and lost all the food products that I had bought as souvenirs.

An extraordinary and comfortable hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, a varied breakfast, normal price. Location right next to the highway so it's easy to continue the journey. I'm sorry that this kind of hotel is not somewhere by the sea, I would love to go there on vacation. The room in this hotel was almost twice as big as the one we had in Rhodes this summer (we will never go there again). Bravo for SAFIR ****** HOTEL, we will come again!

Sebagai ringkasan: lebih baik membelanjakan lebih banyak wang dan mengambil Kempinski di sebelah. Hotel ”Lifeclass” ini adalah kemuliaan pudar. Gambar yang disediakan untuk ”Bilik standard double dengan pemandangan laut” tidak realistik. Saya membayar lebih daripada USD 330 untuk bilik hotel yang usang! Pemandangan laut adalah pemandangan di dek kolam lama... Keadaan tempat letak kereta adalah seperti yang telah diterangkan. Petikan penerimaan tetamu: ”kami mempunyai tempat letak kereta hotel, untuk mencari ruang kosong, semoga berjaya”. Positif: Terme kelihatan bagus dan diubah suai dari luar dan sarapan paginya enak.

This was our first trip to Hotel Riviera in Portoroz, Slovenia. Lovely hotel and lovely resort. So clean and nice staff. Excellent value for money .Good to be able to visit sister hotels with superb indoor pools.at the Lifeclass Spa.all within walking distance. All free for guests Great choice at breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to bars at night.. We had a sea view room which I would recommend Lovely seafront private area just over the road. Quality. .Have to pay for loungers however Piran is a must see, just a short bus ride away and we also managed a day trip to Lake Bled and a nice day out to Trieste In Italy
