We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was of a good size for two people and it included what a person normally needs (small fridge, towels, sleepers, bathroom amenities). Yannis and Stavroula, the couple managing the hotel were very kind and hospitable, they gave us many good tips about hikes we could do and when we decided to do rafting they managed the booking for us. They also made recommendations of where to eat and what local dishes to try. The breakfast was really nice and enough to keep us full for the whole morning. I avoid gluten and Stavroula made for me a traditional local pie with gluten free flour so I could try it. This is what I consider going the extra mile for your customers! Our short trip to Zagoria was the highlight of our summer holiday and we promised our hosts that we would be visiting again, especially while they will be there, perhaps a few days over Xmas.

We stayed in Amaryllis for 6 nights. The place is absolutely beautiful, decorated in excellent taste and with a gorgeous view. The room was beautiful and the beds and linen of great quality. Above all, Yanis and Stavroula were the best hosts possible, we just felt at home. They made our stay so great, with their kindness, amability and excellent breakfast - which always included some greek traditional treat made by them. Dont miss this place!!! Its magical!! In love with this place! Great breakfast, beautiful rooms, very nice location.So relaxing and peaceful. Really great hospitality. It’s the second time I visited this place.I enjoyed every minute of my holidays at Amaryllis. Highly recommend!

Disgrace.
Hotel manager charged the money and did not provide a room.
We have reserved a room in ******* site a day before arrival. ******* approval accepet immediately.
when arriving to the hotel at June 19 th afternoon, we realaized according to a message that was sent to us few hours before, that roon is not available and the hotel asks us to stay at another hotel they booked.
We drove two the other hotel but a room was not reserved for us.
Because it was late, we drove to another village and booked another hotel. We have imidiatly send a message to the hotel manager that we found a diferente hotel and we are asking for full refaund for the prepaid hotel room that was not not provided
Yiannis, the hotel manager refused to refaund us and money was collect by *******.
This is a scandal and we are demanding our money back.

Μείναμε μια βδομάδα σε δύο διαφορετικά δωμάτια. Και τα δύο ήταν καθαρά και πολύ καλόγουστα. Το ένα είχε και εξαιρετική θέα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος επίσης πολύ καλόγουστος. Στα θετικά Ο Γιάννης και η Σταυρούλα που ως "υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες" προλαβαίνανε κάθε μας επιθυμία. Πολύ καλό πρωϊνό. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!!!
