Dieses neue Hotel ist wirklich ein Destination Hotel, das Resort ist in der Tat Verlockung und Grund genug, um sich auf den Weg nach Antwerpen zu machen! Am liebsten würde man es gar nicht verlassen und das ganze Wochenende dort verbringen. Aber Antwerpen hat einfach zu viel zu bieten, das wäre wirklich schade, sich die Sights nicht anzuschauen. Aber vor ihrem Walk durch die Stadt (vom Hotel aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in max. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar) lockt das sensationell bestückte Frühstücks-Buffet. Mit feinen a la Carte Speisen als Ergänzung. Allein die Eggs Benedict - to die for! Nach dem Walk durch die City lockt dann die Bar, die schon jetzt einer der Hot Spots der Stadt ist. Da können Sie froh sein, wenn noch ein gemütliches Plätzchen frei ist. Und wem danach noch der Sinn nach Sauna und Schwimmen steht - für den steht der grosse Indoor Pool samt Saunabereich bereit. Schöner kann ein Tag in Antwerpen eigentlich kaum sein, als hier im wunderschönen neuen Botanic Sanctuary!

We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was a bit sceptic going to the holiday Inn, as I normally don't like big chain hotels. However this holiday inn pleasantly surprised me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, superclean and we had a wonderful view on the MAS, which was a definitely a plus. Bed were very good too. No fridge in the room, but possibility to get ice cubes in the lobbyBreakfast was a bit basic, but with the COVID restrictions and also considering the price we paid, it was more then acceptable. Parking was also easy (note I didn't find the elevator to go up, but since we only had a trolley, the stairs were ok). And I absolutely loved the location: about 15min from Groenplaats, 5 min from ”'t Eilandje” and 20min walk from sportpaleis, where we went to an exposition. Going to the sportpaleis was also a nice walk as it went through Parkspoor Noord. Next time I have to go to the sportpaleis or Lotto Arena, I will definitely consider staying there again. Bottom line, for the price we paid, this hotel was excellent. One more tip: I booked directly at the hotel and that was cheaper than through other booking websites

Het personeel was vriendelijk en duidelijk. Het was een mooie kamer. Niet heel luxe, maar dat hoefde ook niet. Het bed was wel heel erg hard. Dat was wel erg tegenvallend, maar dat was ook het enige minpuntje.

This is a really a nice four star’s standard hotel with good breakfast and excellent service from the check in front desk, just 2 minutes walking distance from Antwerp central station. This area is easier for any tourist visiting the city centre of Antwerp and even the China town is nearby. If you have to travel from there to France or Netherlands or Germany, there are a good railway connection every 1-2 hours. Really suitable for backpackers or some relaxing plan holidays

The hotel in conveniently located just across from the train station and although the rooms are small, they are nicely decorated. I would give this hotel 5 out of 5, BUT I had to pay to store my luggage and honestly it was the first time I was charged for this. I don’t recommend staying here if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. My room also wasn’t cleaned once during my stay, but that’s ok.

Very quiet location yet near Antwerp Central Station, the shopping streets and the city’s Diamond district. Rather big and clean rooms with TV, airco, great beds/pillows, clean bathroom, fridge would be nice upgrade. Great and helpfull staff. I leave before breakfast so can’t judge that. Great value for money,I find!

Als enig punt van kritiek was dat het gebruik van het parkeerterrein niet vooraf door de reisorganisatie was kenbaar gemaakt dat het Euro 19 per dag bedroeg. Uiteindelijk de helft betaald. Tevens was er op de kamer geen informatiebulletin over de voorzieningen in het hotel. (kluis/ontbijt/telefoon/verlichting/afstandsbediening tv/schoonmaak)

Friendly counter and allowed to go to my twin room 4 hours early. Very clean hotel with towels and water supplied. No kettle but I think this must Bea Belgian thing. The station is opposite but it is 20 min walk to the old town. Fine for me but some may want to be nearer. The walk there is the main shopping street. Overall I think it was great value. As a note to other guests, and I always write this, please be more considerate when talking in the corridors especially before 8am. Whisper, your voice echoes and sound meds like you’re shouting. And don’t allow to doors to slam shut!!

Ik verbleef onlangs in dit hotel in de buurt van Antwerpen Centraal en het centrum en ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het treinstation en het bruisende stadscentrum. De buurt was ook erg netjes en veilig. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor ik me meteen welkom voelde. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, met alle voorzieningen die ik nodig had. Het was heerlijk om na een lange dag verkennen terug te komen naar een schone en gezellige kamer. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een aangenaam verblijf in Antwerpen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst weer te verblijven!

2 rooms connected with a door was a great way to have a group of people of 5 together at all times! Both kitchens had everything you ever needed to make yourself a perfect meal. Oven/Micro, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker. Fully loaded with tools and dishes! The beds were terrific! Fluffy and smooth. The bathrooms were great, the showers had an overhead faucet and a handheld one. The pressure was perfect. The receptionists were well prepared and very pleasant, and we got all the info for a perfect stay. Only downside with having two rooms was that we couldn't figure out how to make the door between the two rooms open. So we used some clever engineering to solve this issue. We never asked about this issue, because we fixed it with a doorstopper of our own. The price for 3 night stay was very well perfect! Will definitely come back again.

Good location, near the central train station and close to restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was decent. The room was ok. The airconditioning didn’t work and it was pretty humid and warm at night. I reserved a room for myself and a friend one month in advance for an event in Antwerp Sportpaleis. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered it was not twin separate beds. The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful to change the room to separate twin beds. He made us wait until 1:30 AM in the morning to change into a twin bed room instead of one queen size bed. Please be more flexible and customer first minded.
