Ulasan Heritage Hotel

"Al entrar en este hotel, la amplia y acogedora recepción te da la bienvenida de manera agradable. Sin embargo, al caminar por los pasillos, la atmósfera cambia; son fríos y despojados de decoración, lo que les da un aspecto algo sobrio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cuentan con grandes ventanas que ofrecen vistas a los jardines, lo cual es un gran punto a favor. La zona de la piscina es otro aspecto positivo; es muy tranquila y está en excelentes condiciones, ideal para relajarse. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque es amplio y variado con una buena oferta de curry, hay un pequeño inconveniente: el buffet se encuentra en el pasillo del hotel. Esto significa que debes salir constantemente del restaurante para acceder a las opciones del desayuno, lo que puede resultar algo incómodo. Por último, cabe mencionar que en los alrededores no hay muchas opciones. Hay un lago donde puedes pasear, pero si buscas restaurantes o vida nocturna, tendrás que desplazarte hacia la ciudad, que está bastante lejos. En resumen, el hotel tiene mucho potencial gracias a su excelente entrada y habitaciones cómodas, pero podría mejorar en cuanto a la decoración de los pasillos y la conveniencia del desayuno."

房間挺大的，設施陳舊，冰箱不能用，空調噪音大，最大的問題就是沒有被子衹有一個床單，不開空調熱，開了空調冷！晚餐在泳池邊雖然品種不多，但是口味還不錯，有現炒的意麪，早餐相對來説簡約了點

酒店位於阿努拉德普勒，隔着一個大湖可以望見那些美麗的佛塔遺址。酒店的環境還挺漂亮，游泳池也很好。就是自助早餐的供應不太穩定，我倆一連住了4晚，有兩天早餐是自助早餐，有兩天是定食。酒店給出的解釋是因為旅遊大巴離開了，人數太少，所以就不開自助早餐了。也罷，吃吃斯里蘭卡傳統的早餐也蠻有意思的。圖1是我倆吃定食早餐（給的分量超大），圖2、3是自助早餐。

泳池晚餐非常nice，服務員也很友善 酒店在湖邊，出門就是一大片湖，很靜謐

It's a great vacation we spent with our family and brother in laws family came from Australia for a vacation. We recommend to anybody who visits Anuradhapura to visit this place. You will enjoy as we do. Definitely come Back agand Higly recommended

I have visited few hotels in Anuradhapura and this is the best hotel that I can recommend. Delicious food with authentic Sri Lankan flavours and food were really nice. Rooms are good and clean. Room services acted really quick for the requests. Really appreciate the friendly staff and service. Calm and quiet environment is so relaxing. Spa prices as also fair. Hope to visit again and can highly recommend this friendly place. Thank you team keep it up the good work.

Yesterday We celebrated our Big day at the Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura it was a lovely Day.The service was excellent and the staff help us to so much .We really enjoyed our day .The food was very yummy .And the room was very clean. Highly recommended this Hotel.

Located in the heart of the city Anuradhapura and with the magical view of Lake Thisa staying at Heritage hotel was truly a memorable and a magical experience. Occupied with friendly staff and incredible comfy rooms and food Heritage hotel is highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Located infront of the scenaric Thisa wewa, Heritage hotel is one of the most gorgeous hotels we've stayed. Recruited with friendly staff, the rooms were really comfortable and the food were fabulous. Highly recommended and looking forward for another magical stay.

The hotel is on Tissa wewa bank. About 10-15min drive to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi and Ruwanwelli Maha Seya. So a really convenient location. We booked a family room. The two beds can comfortably sleep four adults. Had a good sleep, four pillows for each bed. All staff were friendly and helpful from the check-in. Food was tasty, Morning breakfast had a good spread, and attentive staff in the dinning hall. In room dining has a comprehensive ala-carte menu, food was brought in 20mins or less and was tasty with good portion sizes. A good-sized pool, including baby pool. Kids loved it! Was told the hotel was closed for 3 years and felt it was built with all the luxuries in mind at the time. Kid-friendly place and spacious verandahs/hallways. Enjoyed the stay! Recommend and would stay again when visiting.

We had another wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel Anuradhapura, our 4th visit. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the food is always delicious. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. However, updating the room carpets and improving the SPA room facilities would enhance the overall experience. We look forward to seeing these upgrades on our next visit to this lovely hotel!
