I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. Für eine Nacht gerade noch ok. Negativ: Die steile Wendeltreppe zu den oberen Zimmer, mit einem schweren Koffer sehr mühsam und nicht ungefährlich. Keine Tassen sondern Pappbecher im Zimmer, völlig unverständlich in der heutigen Zeit, wirtschaftlich ist dies überhaupt nicht. Die fehlende Minibar die ich eigentlich laut Zimmerinfo dabei gehabt hätte. Die geschlossene Küche, wer was essen wollte, wurde ins 200 m. entfernte Best Western Plus verwiesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet spärlich. Positiv: Der Shuttlebus zum Hotel sowie Flughafen sowie die Lage in einer ruhigen und grünen Gegend.

The service was good . We can kept our luggage there. The shuttle bus service is free. The bus stop infront of Terminal 2and 4. At terminal the bus stop at 13. It run every 30 min. The room is ok. The breakfast served since 4 am. not much variation but nice. They don't have a real time of the shuttle bus schedule, so you have to wait for it.

Nice convenient hotel near the airport. My 2nd stay at this property whenever I have an overnight transit through Stockholm. The complimentary airport transfers runs very efficiently. Breakfast is good.

This is a fine hotel in an excellent location at Arlanda airport. It is very convenient to the airport and train station. The Arlanda express gets you to Stockholm quickly and comfortably. We even took the train to Uppsala for a side trip very easily. The return train left us off within a less than five minute walk to the hotel. The food at the restaurant was first rate.

One night. Perfectly OK for an airport hotel. Small clean room on the same floor as the car park. Didn’t notice the curtain was missing until I was settled in. I didn’t want to change rooms, so I clothed appropriately. I reported this to the front desk at checkout and there wasn’t much concern, so I followed up with an e-mail. Airport shuttle is free and about a 15 minute ride. The pickup point is Terminal 4, Bus Stop #16, 10 and 40 after the hour. (I arrived at T5, so I am sure that this is the stop for T4 and T5. The walk was about 10 minutes between T5 and the bus stop. Not sure of the stop, if any, for other ARN terminals.) There is a set schedule for the shuttle to take you to the airport and you need to make a reservation. Breakfast starts at 4 AM, which is very nice. Buffet had a decent variety and served its purpose.
