Enjoyed my stay at Mount Meru Hotel staff are very friendly , environment and all hotel surroundings are well kept! Keep it up.

The best hotel ever!!

就當地環境來説，算不錯了，餐飲還行。但是和高爾夫沒有什麼關係，也建議別去球場了，走路去球場，球場條件很差，幾乎沒車，還各種坑。

房間小，偏貴

The most beautiful and classic hotel in Arusha town. We stayed here for two nights after the seven days Kilimanjaro trekking. The staffs are very friendly,Very well organized hotel .The food was very delicious,The service was 100% ok.Must come back.

Cons: - check in to check out, the entire process is very slow. They have two terminals and plenty staff but it seems like one person does everything while the rest hang around. Getting checked in and then waiting for my statement at check out was a very long arduous process. Give it 15-20 mins atleast for a process that should take 5 mins. - could not get hold of the spa nor room service. I had to call reception to connect me to room service and only then would they pick up the phone. Food took almost an hour to get to the room and yet again I had to go via reception to contact them at all. - Hotel and rooms outdated. Would not return.

We only stayed one night en route to safari but it was a nice place to start our journey from and delivered everything we needed for that night - a good coffee shop, a tasty buffet meal in the restaurant, a comfortable bed and a good selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I spent 2 nights there. My room was in front of the mountain, which looked wonderful. Spacious room, clean and smells fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. I had the best sticky date cakae with caramel sauce after dinner, I still remember how it tasted 😋. This hotel might not be luxurious, but it provided the best services I ever had. You will never be bored if you decide to spend the night in without going anywhere as the place is full of life and had a nice garden outside.

Exceptional Service for Our Special Day" From the moment we contacted Lucy Foya and Adel for our wedding on 28/09/2024, we felt confident in their abilities. Their communication was outstanding; they always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. On our wedding day, they arrived early and set up everything beautifully. The Catering and Bar, as well as the wedding venue was a highlight of the evening—our guests are still raving about the food and drink also how your people used to save them. Their attention to detail made all the difference, creating a magical atmosphere. I can’t recommend Lucy, Adel, Noel, and the supporting team enough; they truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food wasn’t bad. Wifi was a little hard to connect to but it wasn’t a bad stay.

Rooms are very clean, very comfy beds, staff all very good and helpful . Lovely gardens around hotel and it has a pool which we did not have a chance to try out! Stayed a couple of nights at beginning of our safari and last night before our flights home. Food was very plentiful and good. Especially enjoyed the Chipsi mayai and paw paw fruit, fresh pineapple, and little bananas at breakfast!

May work for one night but we had many frustrations during our 3 night stay. A lot to write about but I will keep it to the essential On the positive side, friendly staff, hotel well located, rooms are clean. Areas of improvement 1 - If wifi is important, simply go somewhere else. It is not workable. 2 - Noisy air conditioner 3 - Key for the room need to be reactivated all the time, sometimes 2-3 times per day 4 - argument on my bills, which was prepaid by agency, they told me it wasn’t paid. 6 - bathroom sink clogged 5 - not enough chairs around the pool. Main reason we choose the hotel 6 - every night around 8h00 the power goes off in the hotel for like 2 seconds, very unusual. Food was okay, I am not sure I understand people here that go beyond that Overall it is worn out, the building, the rugs on the room floors, the chairs We don’t recommend this hotel Management: please don’t even respond you will address the key activation and WiFi issues , something you are well aware of based of previous reviews.

The food is so nice I would rate it 10/10. Natural fresh food so tasty and savory The juice and fresh fruit are giving 10/10. You will wish to eat over and over again. You have not yet eaten until you try food from Mount Meru Hotel get a bite for a memorable experience ever
