I Was Booked a room No-214. Bathroom is very bad Condition & Then i will change my Room -304. Here it's problem is AC is not Working/Cooling properly. I am Frustrating this kind of Service. Faltu Ka Drama hogya. I will tell everyone don't book this Hotel. Very Bad Service. Staff Behaviour is Average......🤔

Location is very good and safe place - in-front of pi-lice line, food is average, high spicey, continental indian & chinese costly foods are available, traditional steamed india (specially bengaly) food & curry not available. Amenities is average good, hot water working geyser, 24 hrs lift, silent diesel generator, ac, tv, room cleaning available, refreshed towel, shampoo regularly updated services of reception counter is very good, 24 hrs. Good shift wise manager available & security counter are always ready to prompt comply.

Location is okay, food also tasty, room, wash room amenities are not well maintained, bed quality not suitable, cleanliness is 5 out of 10. Not value for money. Stuff are good.

I am stay this room ac are not working properly and i told them many times. They told me if problem are some they shift me another room but it’s couldn’t happen.

Bathroom door does not close. Shower not working. Bed linen old and had tears. Shoe rack old and on the point of breaking. Not the best of hotel stays. Disappointed
