Hotel Astana dengan Kolam Renang

Плюсы: -потрясающий вид на город через панорамные окна (рекомендую для фотосессий😉, фото прикрепила) -чистота -наличие бассейна -расположение: в центре, до всего можно дойти пешком, идеально для туристов. Рядом трц, супермаркет. Минусы: -в моем номере была дверь в другой номер (есть на фото, позади кресла) о которой не предупредили. Через нее слышен был разговор и смех проживающих в соседнем номере. Как минимум надо о таком предупреждать, как максимум снизить номер на такой номер -72% растаявший СПРЕД вместо сливочного масла на завтраке! Это ужас для отеля такого уровня. -официанты не смогли подсказать как работает тостер, приклейте к тостеру краткую инструкцию -скажите официантам на завтраке что смахивать крошки на пол это не нормально, их надо аккуратно вытирать тряпкой и не на пол, причем крошки убирать из под солонок и перечниц тоже!

A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.

Featuring an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a bowling alley and a restaurant, this large hotel is centrally located in Astana. The 4-star Hotel Duman provides free private parking. Spacious, air-conditioned rooms and suites at the Duman Hotel provide a city view and include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and bathrobes. Suites feature a separate living room. A daily buffet breakfast is available at the Duman. The hotel’s restaurant serves traditional Kazakhstani cuisine, and a selection of European dishes. The hotel’s guests can visit the fitness centre and the spa and wellness centre with sauna free of charge. You can enjoy a drink at the bar, or go dancing in the hotel’s night club. Free WiFi is available in the lobby bar. Hotel Duman is a 15-minute drive from Astana Old Town. The hotel is 5 km from Astana Railway Station, and Astana Airport is 15 km away.

We did not have a good experience at Kazzhotel Astana. The location of the hotel is in a poor area. Our room was dirty, the safe didn’t work, there was a musty smell, but of more concern was that our room door never locked and any random stranger passing in the corridor could have simply opened it from the outside. The aircon did not work at all and was stuck on a constant 24 degrees. On arrival we went to reception and asked to change rooms. We were told that this was not possible but maintenance would be there at 9.00 the next morning to sort out all the issues we had. The maintenance man did not turn up and despite asking reception several times we just gave up. Due to the lack of security in our room we had to carry all of our valuables with us every day. We slept with a chair wedged underneath the door. Of less concern, but still issues that need addressing, was the haphazard housekeeping. Some evenings we’d come back to the room and towels, such as they were, had been replaced, but the beds left unmade. Basic amenities such as toilet rolls were not replenished and we had to go off in search of the cleaners’ store cupboard to do it ourselves. On arrival in our room the toilet was absolutely filthy. Towels were frayed, threadbare and looked none too clean. It was quite clear that this room hadn’t been used for quite some time and was perhaps put into use due to the hotel being so busy. We were there for the World Nomad Games. We would, however, have expected it to have been cleaned to an acceptable standard before allocating it. We couldn’t wait to leave. Breakfast service in the hotel was totally chaotic. We regularly set our own breakfast table, that is if we could find any cutlery, the coffee machines were continually breaking down; service was absolutely appalling. Food choice was very poor and constantly running out. Very little or no basics such as fruit and cheese (this regularly run out). In the end we just didn’t bother going down for breakfast as it was so frustrating. Evening meals were equally chaotic. On one occasion we waited an hour and a half for a meal to arrive. I can only assume that our experience was so bad because of the World Nomad Games being held in Astana when we were there and the hotel being so busy, but even so this is no excuse. On a separate note we loved travelling round Kazakhstan. It has so much to see and the World Nomad Games were the experience of a lifetime. We were with a small group Regent Holidays tour so cannot comment on value versus price of hotel.

I had intended to spend four nights at this hotel. However, I checked out after only two nights, as I had trouble sleeping due to club music coming from the hotel and/or surrounding area. I stayed in rooms 1107 & 1605. I didn't want to checkout, as the hotel, on every level, was excellent, specific to staff, service, room quality, gym, spa (I had one treatment), club lounge, and food. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars without hesitation, but, I lowered my rating because of the noise. If you're not bothered by such noise nuances, stay at this hotel!

The reception and room service staff provided the excellent service. Hotel was extremely comfortable, hygiene and clean. They provided us with early check in and late check out. Rooms were clean Every time we go outside.
