Hotel Aswan dengan Spa

The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect. Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

Extremely well. Very nice and friendly hotel staff. They really treat us very nice and provide very good service. I would definitely recommend people to stay this wonderful hotel

素晴らしいスタッフ、ルーム、アメニティ、良い時代に建てられたホテルでとてもゴージャスです．少し傷ついているところもありますが素晴らしいホテルです．朝食は無塩バターだけでした。素晴らしいナイル川の景色、素晴らしい旅のスタートになりました。2024年６月９日　外の気温は46℃です。アスワンは良いところです。

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

酒店位置有點偏，一些問題在之前研究過評價，所以有了心理準備，比如沒有拖鞋，電吹風插座不適配，房間分散，卧室沒有電話，聯繫服務員不方便吃早飯的地方離房間遠要等車接送等。但是所有的不滿都因為度假村裡和早餐廳的景色抹去了。真心推薦多留一些時間給早餐，清晨坐在清風微拂的尼羅河邊真是太舒服了。

房間很乾凈，很新採光很好，冷器很足，景觀很棒，陽台上有冷水的按摩浴池。在酒店就可以拍到很多很美的照片。員工態度非常友好，為了解決你提出的問題都會儘力幫助，感受到服務意識很強👍。餐廳自助早餐質量很好，食材很新鮮，雖然總類不算多，但勝在精，果汁都是鮮榨。付費餐食出品也可以。去菲萊神廟很方便，可以自己買票去參觀。（25美金包船接送去買票和來回）。很適合夫妻情侶悠閑度假，連呼吸都是浪漫的氣息。每天都看到他們團隊一早在餐廳開會，可見重視管理和總結。當我們離開酒店去下一家酒店，他們還會問我們下一家去哪裡，做好備案，關心旅客安全。
