Pemandangan yang menakjubkan dan relaksasi total di hotel yang elegan di Sungai Nil. Kakitangan yang sangat baik dan suka menolong, restoran yang sangat baik dan bilik yang lengkap. Berkurangnya perkhidmatan kerana masalah semasa yang berkaitan dengan wabak: hanya sayap kompleks bersejarah terkini yang dibuka pada masa ini, tetapi usaha seluruh organisasi untuk mengekalkan tahap perkhidmatan yang tinggi dapat dilihat. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik 24 jam dengan kapal motor yang menghubungkan Hotel - dibina di Pulau Elephantine - ke daratan sangat selesa dan menarik.

Magical property in magical land. Extremely professional and accommodating staff and service. The ground floor spa equally impressive where I enjoyed full body massage on consecutive days. One small issue with thermostat was dealt with promptly and to full satisfaction. I don’t believe you can improve upon The Old Cataract in any stay in Aswan..

1, location: very good. Not far away from train station (1km) and 400m from KFC (ferry point). 2, Room a bit old 3, no WiFi 4, Breakfast is good. 5, The reception has nearly no clue about the Abu Simbel tour. They will probably offer you private tour but you do have other choice. Try going to Hotel Philae (400m from Hotel Obelisk) and ask the tour there.

I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour in Aswan for two nights. I had a single Nile-view room with a double bed, and a very large washroom. My room was basic but clean, and I had no issues with anything in my room. The hotel is centrally located, but if you're not looking towards the Nile the view is not very nice. The breakfast was simple but good. On our early morning trip to Abu Simbel we were provided with a breakfast box. If you cross the main street, there are some nice Nile front restaurants where you can sit out on their patio and enjoy a drink and a snack. It's in a central location and very close to the souk. All in all, I would say that this hotel is in line with what I expect for a budget 3 star hotel offering.

在阿斯旺這次入住了本土的托裏普酒店。 托裏普也是埃及本地的連鎖酒店品牌了，不光在阿斯旺，在開羅和在亞歷山大都有分店。 從介紹上來說，這家酒店已經是在埃及比較新的五星級酒店了。硬件設施上來說確實無愧於五星酒店的名號包括游泳池、健身房、餐廳都有，平均入住價格在700元左右。 雖然在房間硬件上，這家和國內的五星級相去甚遠，但在阿斯旺這樣一個店黑洞般的城市，能有這樣兒的酒店選擇已經算是不錯了 所以這座城市也衹有雅高的兩所分店算得上是國際連鎖五星的水平，其他都也是國內連鎖吧。 由於阿斯旺和盧克索之間的尼羅河河輪名氣太大，並且在行程安排上大多數都以四天三晚或以三天兩晚為主，來到阿斯旺的很多客人就選擇了直接住在游輪上。第二天一早到阿布辛貝團再出去玩兒，下午回來以後游輪直接起航。 需要注意的是，這家酒店因為開設的時間比較新，所以地理位置距離市區核心區域還是相對較遠的，屬於在市區的偏遠，不過好在順着尼羅河到達市區倒也方便。

This hotel is located in downtown Aswan close to everything. We were in one of their suite rooms that had 2 rooms inside with a bathroom with a huge jacuzzi. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy and the breakfast was excellent. We had the amazing view of the nile river and the city. Will surely stay here again when we come to Aswan

Great value for the price that we paid. We have all that we want in any accommodation- heated in winter, clean good bed, towels, toilet roll supplied, floor mat to keep bathrooms dry, 24hr hot water supply to make simple Nescafé/ tea. Just out of Aswan Train Station @1:30am, walked in for the night. Ended up we stay for 3 more nights! Front desk helped to arrange Abu Simbel trip we paid $US20 pp, in a 14 seater mini AC van promised 8filled. All good. Btw simple breakfast, 3 buns w cream cheese jam, an egg, box juice was included in price.
