新酒店所以裝修和設施都很棒，位置在omonia地鐵站出口，一出站就能看到。雖然位於傳說中雅典最亂的區域，但是實際體驗酒店本身是很安全的。

Loved the vibe and decor. A record player in the room is an amazing touch. You definitely feel like you’re stepping into the past. The area seems to be in a bit of transition but centrally located to the metro. Bc of the luxe black decor, sometimes it’s hard to keep clean. Overall I think it’s a good hotel, comfy bed, etc. they need to work on their coffee. On the last day the premade coffee machine was not working and the upstairs was not making coffee.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The room was clean but a bit dark and old fashioned especially the furniture. I know a lot of rooms/floors were renovated; the specific room was not one of the renovated ones. The air conditioning was in perfect condition as the heat outside this time of the year is unbearable.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of Feb/March as a couple. Location: Hotel is in an excellent location directly opposite the Metro within walking distance to Syntagma Square, Monistraki Square and the Acropolis (or you can take the Metro red line and these are within 3 stops which we did). Can also walk to neighbourhoods like Psyri which we did for dinner which was lovely. Omonia Square which is the metro station name is also on the same line as Piraeus which is the port of Athens (well worth a visit to walk around and have food / drinks overlooking Zea Marina or Mikrolimano Harbour. Down the road is Central Market which we experienced on a Sunday night which was cool. 24-7 bakery next door which is more than just a bakery; sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, artisan desserts A couple of late night gyros places if you arrive late including 1 directly next door Supermarkets within a few mins walk Room: We had a comfort room. On check in she offered us an upgrade without seeing the room and told us to have a look at it first. The room was small but clean however the view was awful. Boxed in by 3 derelict walls taller than us so natural light was limited. Housekeeping is lazy - put water in a broken fridge (we fixed ourselves), didn't replace cups or tea/coffee after we had used the, (had to ask reception twice) and on day 3 she took every single towel and didn't replace them. We had 2 single beds (not even put together with 1 sheet to make it like a double). Bathroom needs an upgrade, shower made water go absolutely everywhere and the tiles are very outdated. I would recommend going for a deluxe room (we were offered an extra 12 euros a night for one) and didn't take it but if you like a bit more comfort and a view then it is probably worth it. Breakfast: Great spread, continental breakfast, pastries, yogurt etc. Overall, would recommend (with a deluxe room). Cannot fault the location and moreover Athens is alive every night. Part of the fun was walking from the hotel to dinner (restaurants are absolutely incredible). We walked through some dark streets but honestly nobody even so much as looked at us funny so don't let anyone put you off by mentioning the streets round the back of Omonia Square.

It was a large apartment with a separate living area/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We loved having a king-sized bed and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. The location was good for walking - about 10 minutes from the touristy Plaka area. The host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. He provided a bottle of water and each day they replenished the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. A small laundry room was available in the common area of the hall. The only real complaint was that it was quite noisy. There were skateboarders that were skating every night until almost 10pm and since we go to bed early that was disruptive. Also we were there for Orthodox Easter and there were fireworks late at night. The only other small negative is that the shower is completely open on one side and so water sprays all over the bathroom. Fortunately it seemed to be low humidity so it would dry in a few hours.

This hotel is beautiful. Situated on Omonia Square. We were welcomed by friendly staff offering us Prosecco . We also had water and a small bottle of Prosecco in our room. Rooms are small but this is expected in a city hotel. Great rooftop pool. Wonderful breakfast which is served until 12pm and you can have cups to take away coffee. If you book balcony room make sure you book urban balcony room as classic balcony rooms have view of derelict building. The only downside to this hotel is the lifts. There are 2 lifts and they are always full and slow. We were on 6th and ended up walking the stairs most of the time. Metro station is opposite the entrance to the hotel and hop on hop off buses stop opposite the hotel. Lovely square to walk around but I would not walk off the square as a lot of homeless people in the streets.

Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin, nous avions échangé par mail afin de prévenir l'hôtel, ce dernier nous avait dit que tout était ok. Arrivé à 5h, l'agent d'accueil, nous informe ne pas être au courant et que les arrivées sont uniquement à 12h. Par ”chance” il nous donne quand même une chambre. Malheureusement, le cauchemar à commencé. L’hôtel sentait la cigarette a foison. Cela doit faire plusieurs années qu'ils fument dans cet hôtel. Une fois dans la chambre, l'horreur était présente. Des murs jaunit par la cigarette, une salle de bain remplit de calcaires, de poils et d'autres saletés. Pas de rideau de douche. Les meubles était sales (poussières + meubles collants), les lumières remplis de toiles d'araignées, le frigo non lavé et très ancien. La clim était noir, rempli de poussières, nous avons donc préféré ne pas l'allumer afin de ne pas tomber malade. Et alors les lits, c'était le pire... Des trous de cigarettes dans les draps, des poils, des tâches assez douteuses. Etant exténués du voyage, nous n'avons pas eu le choix que de dormir 3h avant de prendre nos affaires et de partir de ce taudis. Ne louez pas, il ne rembourse pas quand vous vous rendez compte de l'état de cet hôtel. Au final nous avons jeté 300€ par la fenêtre. Sympa le début des vacances. Merci Claridge Hotel !

I arrived around 1 am and was worried the hotel might be closed for the night. However they have 24hr service so you can check in at any time. The women who worked at nights was very helpful and told me to ask her if I needed to find anything and she’ll tell me where to go. The room itself was clean and came with all you need for the price I payed. The location is amazing, right in the centre and a short walk away from most of the main attractions that you’ll want to be seeing.
