Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Great location near the shopping street, art galleries, etc. Easy to get around.

A truly perfect stay. The stunning scenery speaks for itself, like living inside a postcard. What truly enhanced the experience was the hotel's service: the staff were always smiling, proactively greeting guests, and the room cleaning was meticulous. Any issues encountered were resolved quickly. This attentive service, combined with the charming environment, greatly boosted our overall happiness during the stay. Highly recommend! The location is great, near Queen Street.

Lovely stay, the view from our room/bathroom was great although the blinds blocked it a little more than preferred. Good variety of breakfast including made-to-order items. Staff were friendly, however a little more detail in explaining breakfast info & the way to our room would have been ideal.

The location is pretty convenient, just 1km from Queen Street, and within walking distance. The only downside is that the entrance isn't very obvious, so it took us a little while to find it when we first checked in. On our second day, there was a group of business people, likely for some sort of meeting or filming. Overall, the hotel facilities are decent, and the rooms are quite spacious. We booked a high-floor view room, which was a bit corner-oriented, but we could still see the ocean.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Auckland CBD and makes everything you need walk-able. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Overall, a really good hotel and will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The location is super convenient for exploring Auckland; you can walk to the Sky Tower in about 29 minutes, and the Airport Super Shuttle stops right at the hotel entrance for both drop-off and pick-up. There are also bus stops nearby that can take you to Mount Eden and One Tree Hill. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and you can even order freshly made omelets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, and the hygiene was excellent. There were no slippers in the room, but after calling the front desk, they were brought up quickly. The hotel's location is also superb, right on the main street in the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. I particularly loved their bath products; the scent was so refreshing.

No parking, it is valet parking only, and expensive.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to both the University of Auckland and the city center, and you can even see the Sky Tower. Hainan Airlines crews also stay here. Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk initially gave me a key card for a room that was already checked into, which was a bit startling when I opened the door. Thankfully, it was resolved amicably afterward, so I'm still quite satisfied.

The lady at the front desk, who I believe was South Asian, was very helpful in booking an early morning bus to the airport for me. Thank you, the service was great, and the room was good too.

The rooms and common areas were great. My flight landed at 8 AM, and I didn't expect to be able to check in until later, but if the front desk helps you sign up for their membership, you can get free early check-in. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well. They fixed it once, but it stopped working again a couple of days later.

I booked a room on the morning I checked in (Friday - Sunday) for a really decent rate considering it was last minute and a number of big events happening in Auckland that weekend. The staff on check in & departure were super friendly (even the staff member who issued me a new room key at 2.30am after I lost mine throughout the night). My room was very clean, spacious with modern amenities, super comfy bed, air con and quiet. The fitness room was well equipped and had complimentary fresh fruit. The only issue was finding the hotel as GPS took me to a side entrance initially. I ended up parking at the Casino which ended up being free the whole weekend with my membership card (hack needed). Overall I really rate this hotel, some of the reviews almost put me off booking but I’m happy I did!!

The low-floor room was a bit small; it was hard to fully open two suitcases. Storing luggage at the front desk for an extended period incurs a fee. Parking right in front of the hotel is limited to 15 minutes. I couldn't get everything out in one trip, and when I went back for a second load within 15 minutes, they told me they were a city hotel and I needed to move the car. However, they eventually acted quite accommodating, allowing me to park a little longer to finish unloading. This is because when you park right outside the hotel, you have to leave your keys with the front desk.
