Ulasan Auckland Rose Park Hotel

The room is very small, 2d floor feels like sleeping on the street. No shampoo and body wash, asked and have only body wash delivered.

The hotel staff is very nice. Rose Patk and nearby is a good place to walk and chill and enjoy the beauty of this area. just that if you have heavy luggage remember to choose G/F, even the hotel staff is happy to carry it up to 2/F. We had dinner at the Hotel Resturant and each of our order was satisifing.

It's a very basic hotel with not much customer service. We stayed at a 2nd floor room where every morning around 6:30am could hear noise of dragging tables and chairs, because there is a restaurant above us. The only plus is the ample parking spaces in the hotel and it is conveient and fuss free if you've rented a car.

Stayed here for a night, loved it! Great location, great cleanliness. Will definitely be back 😊

Lovely refurbished rooms, only stayed one night but slept really well in a comfortable bed. Great location, walked into Auckland city centre. Nice local cafe called Rosie’s too

Good Stay

We stay at the Rose Park frequently as we just love the location, nice staff, relaxed atmosphere and it's 'easy'. The rooms suit what we need and like and the parking is a bonus. Thank you, we will be back yet again. :)

Room was not ready on arrival at 4pm. Front desk staff didn’t seem to apologetic or concerned. Bar staff were nicer to deal with Room was comfortable and good size. Close to city but not too busy area.

From check in to check out everyone I dealt with was so polite and helpful! The Duty Manager Lucas was so accommodating when I requested to extend my stay due to family circumstances. The buffet breakfast was a delicious spread of all things breakfast! Room service was fast and the food arrived hot! The location is perfect to all Auckland City amenities. And the Rose Gardens across the road are a perfect morning stroll.

There were a few bad things about our stay here, when we needed to shower the morning we checked out there was no hot water, thinking it needed time to warm up so we left it running and still nothing. Our room had a door connecting us to the room next to us and it was unlocked and there were people staying in there so not very secure.

房間很乾凈，環境優美，酒店服務不錯，比南島態度好多了同時價格也便宜。 環境：門口就有巴士站可以坐車直接到港口，市中心，對面就是玫瑰園（雖然有點小）。 酒店房間的景色非常棒，可以直接看到sky tower。

很滿意，每天都會準備很多小袋的咖啡和牛奶，每天都是打掃的非常乾淨，將毛巾疊成花朵的感覺，很有心！毛衣在最後一天離店落在酒店了，晚上回去物歸原主，拾金不昧！對面是一個公園，裏面有個海灣。走路到Queen st20分鐘，開車8分鐘！關鍵是非常安全
