Ulasan Mount Richmond Hotel

There wasn't much nearby but you can find a bus nearby and go to the mall for most things needed. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms - location in Mt Wellington close to Sylvia Park shopping. Did not try the food although the menu prices look very reasonable.

The pool and the spa are in the wrong place no privacy for couples during the time allocated

Good location. No lifts but its fine. The room is clean and organized.

Good location and nice hospitality

Carpark is small and is always fully occupied. Can't even get a lot to park within the hotel premises. It is a 2 storey building with no lifts, so if you have many luggages, then good luck to you. It is near to the main road so you can hear the cars going to and fro and you can also hear the noise from the event halls, the restaurants and the carpark which is just directly downstairs to the rooms on the 2nd floor. Will not recommend this hotel to families or couples. On a positive note, room size was okay and room was clean.

The noise is a little loud on rainy days.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very central, close to the motorway, Sylvia Park shopping centre, and many takeaway places.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it but staff were very friendly and understanding. But I'm definitely going to rebook and stay here along with recommend to others.

設施：一般，沒有電梯，衹能扛着行李上二樓 衞生：房間打掃的乾淨，只是有點陳舊 環境：比較偏，需要開車出去吃飯。走路距離只有麥當勞。 服務：沒有24小時前台服務，過了點，衹能聯繫值班電話通過密碼箱取房卡。

要不是因為實在沒有酒店了，真的不會選擇這個酒店，住在三樓沒電梯，提着大行李往上爬，房間不隔音，隔壁説話都聽得很清楚，早上退房也沒人管。房間只有一個插頭，插手機就沒法插電腦

距機場距離近，方便住入住。
