I recently stayed at The Fern Residency Aurangabad and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets provided. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and accessible. Welcomehotel Rama International by ITC is a five-star hotel in a tier-3 city of India and supposedly it's number one hotel in Aurangabad as per Tripadvisor rankings. Before reaching there I had my expectations set it should be an okayish hotel, at best. Having said that, the hotel by far overdelivered on my expectations. As far as hospitality is concerned, I can say without any doubt that this hotel is one of the best in the country. Check-in was done under five minutes and maybe because we were travelling with two kids, they upgraded our room to a higher category room with a massive king-size bed. The room had complimentary sweets already placed in it. The room and all the amenities were up to the mark of a five-star hotel. We ordered lunch in the room and the portion was surprinsingly big. The person who delivered the food and came back to pick up the dishes offered us complimentary sweets for kids. We didn't take as we were full. A sweet gesture though. The front-desk told us that they are hosting a Diwali party in their lawns at 730PM and requested us to be there. We had other plans and didn't incline to visit, however the fate had it that we ended up coming back to the hotel for dinner. And ended up being part of the celebration. A pretty good firecrakers show with complementary beer, juices, soft-drinks and veg-nonveg snacks were offered. Children had a ball. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good and the folks serving there were seasoned and very hospitable. A highly recommended hotel if you are in Sambhajinagar.

The hotel is very neat and well maintained. Our stay at Green Olive was peaceful and pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful. The food was excellent. It had a very nice taste. The room was spacious and full of various facilities. I liked to stay in this hotel and will surely come again! Thank you

The accommodation is top notch and all the staff are always wearing a smile on their faces. Asim helped me with my booking early on. Front desk was a breeze to check-in. Rooms are plush and has the required things in place. Dining is a pleasure with extensive spread with Imran and Shrikant in charge during breakfast time, going about their task to make guests feel comfortable with a smile.

We selected this property seeing some decent reviews online. However, it turned out to be our worst experience. The hotel facilities and room are nothing to talk about, the breakfast spread is pathetic, room service is practically not there, the bed linen was dirty, the staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. They will be after your life for the payment and that is the only thing they care about. Customer service and experience is ZERO and not even in their agenda. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE ACCOMODATION. IT IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.
