PPengguna TetamuThe room was amazingly clean, and staff were attentive. The amenities are modern and up to date, design of the hotel is kind of Scandinavian / Modernist which is exactly my taste. The blow dryer was strong, the iron was more of a steamer, and they offered a humidifier as Beijing climate is super dry.
I didn’t get to try the breakfast because honestly was a bit pricey, but we went to the bakery downstairs where it was more affordable and the quality was good also.
The free shuttle to Universal Studios was an added plus if you decide to go there. The hotel is also connected to a huge shopping mall so food options are aplenty.
Only downside may be the staff’s English may not be the best, but simple requests should not be a problem.

AAlan013The hotel is convenient for when you fly from or to Beijing airport, it has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel every 30 min at 15 and 45 of the given hour. The hotel was clean but our room didn't look the way it was in the pictures. It was missing a table there was an empty space instead and it didn't have windows the same as in the picture. We also didn't find the button for the main light.

DDaniel BedoyThe room was very large, and the bed was a king sized bed. The towels were changed daily and the room was always cleaned. The staff was always helpful whenever I had questions about WiFi or anything else. My food was delivered to my room via robot. Even when my phone plan ran out of data, the staff was kind enough to call me a taxi so that I could visit Universal Studios Beijing. This section of the city was very smoggy, but this was not the fault of the hotel. Overall it was a positive experience.

Use exit A when coming of the metro. It’s just a few meters away. Also the hotel has another name on the outside. Look out for the door number.
The hotel room had everything you needed with good toiletries, water and tea. We had a room with a window which over looked the street. The best part was the free activities at its sister hotel down the road. Here you can do Chinese printing, calligraphy and dress up in traditional dress. This was on every week night from 6-8pm and was free of charge. The bed was really comfortable and there was a good shower in the bathroom.
The hotel staff were pleasant and sent information using WeChat.
There is a bar next door selling craft ales and a handy supermarket opposite.

MMaria.EzegwuI usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.
The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked the shampoos and conditioners, which are much better quality than what you usually find in hotels. The bathroom is spacious, the design is lovely, and everything feels high quality – from the washing machine down to the shower gel.
The swimming pool and breakfast were also very enjoyable.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. The place is so big that the cleaning isn’t always perfect – we noticed some signs of missed cleaning, and unfortunately we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen. I also noticed that the kitchen staff didn’t wear hats or hair restraints, which was a bit off-putting.
Location-wise, it’s far from tourist attractions and the subway – it took us about 40 minutes by taxi to get to the Forbidden City.
Still, despite these issues, this is a wonderful place to stay. I fell in love with the Ascott chain and would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

까까즈미Great value for the price—this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast was satisfying, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee/snack lounge was a pleasant surprise. Though it’s slightly away from the city center, the amenities and pricing make it a smart choice.
Highly recommended.

Sikap pelayan juga baik. Terdapat juga sarapan pagi yang teliti dengan harga 15 yuan. Mudah untuk keluar. Ia jauh dari Stesen Metro No. 4 dan No. 7, dan jalan keluar yang satu lagi ialah Pasar Raya Walmart. Saya mengambil gambar pada hari kami bertolak. Saya ingin menunggu makcik untuk membersihkannya, dan kesannya akan lebih baik. Saya tergesa-gesa untuk pergi ke tempat-tempat yang indah, jadi saya akan melihat. Mungkin saya berjalan terlalu banyak pada siang hari, tetapi ia berbau sangat wangi pada waktu malam, dan saya tidak mendengar apa-apa bunyi selepas pukul 10.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location and view. Room furniture it was a bit old, it does not give that feeling of modern, but still very enjoyable. Service mixed, lobby personnel were often quite cold, on the other end room service people were very helpful and always with a smile. A special thank you to Ma Lan Lan, we travelled with a small baby and sometimes required additional help and she was always very friendly and helpful to us.
