Great hotel very close to Tianmen Mountain. The room was super clean and had plenty of amenities. They even upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise. They also offer free transport to Tianmen Mountain and a free airport pickup service, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!

I arrived late at night during the holidays, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They provided excellent service and assisted us with our luggage right away. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and very convenient. Unfortunately, because we arrived so late, the only room available had a very strong smell of mold, and the air felt quite stale and not fresh. It was a disappointment given how great the service was. I highly recommend other travelers check in as early as possible to secure a better room.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton hotel in Zhangjiajie with a few minor considerations. I stayed in room 826, which offered a spectacular view of Tianmen Mountain—definitely a highlight of the stay. The welcome and check-in process were very smooth and fast, and special thanks to Selina for her assistance. She was very helpful, especially in guiding me on how to order food after my late flight. The hotel showed great hospitality even before arrival by contacting me to offer airport pick-up, which was very convenient and well-organized. They also provided a complimentary transfer to the train station after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast had a good variety of both Chinese and international options, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of staff available to assist. One point to note is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not turned on during my stay. The staff provided a fan and I opened the window, which worked, but it wasn’t the most comfortable solution. The hotel is located near the airport, so you will see and hear airplanes ✈️, though it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, great views, and convenient transfers.

New hotel, spacious room, amenities available. Complimentary use of washing, drying machine. Breakfast is good. Can be better in regards to juices. Walking distance to a few mall and supermarkets.

去桂林作為中轉酒店選擇了這家希爾頓歡朋，房間很大，非常乾淨，價格裏包含了四餐，吃了晚餐和早餐，晚餐雖然菜品不多，但是各個很下飯，不錯。重點是早餐，早餐太能打了，種類繁多，品質優秀，即便單獨花88元吃都是物有所值。細節方面做的也好，盤子加熱保温，咖啡的温度也很高，不像很多酒店是温熱的。有一點瑕疵，牙膏根本沒法戳開，沒法用，多虧自己準備了牙膏！

Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

A Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located — slightly away from the busy city, yet in a very cool and peaceful area. Almost everything you need is nearby, especially the Forest Park, which makes it an ideal base for exploring Zhangjiajie. There are plenty of eateries around, with many nice restaurants and local food options within easy walking distance, making meals very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good and a great way to start a full day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay special was Joanna. She helped us like anything — patiently handling every query, booking tickets for us, and always being available whenever we felt stuck. Because of her support, our trip was smooth, carefree, and incredibly easy to navigate. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and outstanding service.

這是懷化最好的酒店。一路過來，在地級市遇到掛牌五星酒店讓我有點驚喜的。酒店設施非常好，房間大，安靜舒適，早餐是中西結合，非常豐富。酒店服務規範專業，無論是前台接待還是管家，都是有問必答。特別是客房服務員彭女士，能夠細心觀察，主動了解客人的需求愛好，非常令人感動。會在遊記中提及也會推介給朋友。
