Hotel Dengan Spa di Hunan, China

The staff were very supportive. The hotel is in easily reachable location with multiple supermarkets just downstairs. We found the rooms very clean and tidy. I would easily say 5 stars.

Honestly, this was one of the best places we have every stayed. The amenities were spotless and perfectly designed. The staff was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also attentive and willing to help us with literally anything immediately. The breakfast was delicious. We got to choose each night our breakfast set for the next morning so there was enough flexibility and variety. We loved it. The location was fantastic as well. Just in walking distance from the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. We had such a good time that we sometimes just stayed for a while in the lobby, chat to the staff and most importantly played with the cats! All in all a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it! 这几天住的很开心，谢谢你们！

作為第一次住這裏的遊客，必須給個好評，最讓我驚喜的是酒店的細節。比如房間的插座就在床頭，晚上充電特別方便；浴室的水壓也很大，洗個熱水澡超解乏。位置也很好找，離地鐵站很近，周邊吃飯的地方也多。總之，是一次超出預期的愉快體驗。

The decor of the hotel was really lovely. It was in the traditional Chinese style. Especially impressive were the natural floral displays in the public areas. The breakfast room was very stunning with its plethora of ceiling lanterns. The executive room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. We would unhesitatingly book here again, also for its proximity to the high speed rail station.

The staff here are lovely - very helpful. It’s not easy to get to the actual hotel but they will meet you in the nearby carpark and transport your luggage for you. There are no Didi’s from the train station so get a taxi and directions to the carpark from the hotel. We had a riverside room which was so lovely and sitting on the chair dosing in the one’s was fun. However, when they tell you there’s a lot of street noise - believe them! It’s actually more than street noise - it’s loud live music coming from the bars next door. The bass basically makes the room shake but finishes promptly by 11:30 which wasn’t such a problem for us. We also organised a car through the concierge (who was very helpful) to take us to the southern part of the Great Wall which was in very pretty location and we really enjoyed doing that for a few hours. Despite the noise in the river front rooms, I’d still recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Intercontinental Changsha. The rocms and public areas were spotless which was very satisfying. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite varied and delicious. Amazing service, every need was met with a quick response. The easy access to Polpas mall from the first floor makes it quite convenient to go shopping and dining. We stayed two nights then returned three days later to stay another two nights. Special thanks to CORAL HUANG and KARINA XU at the reception for not only delivering a great service but also taking their time to help me with planning the city tour and booking tickets for city attractions like Museums and the Zoo! Highly recommended!

The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast have several varieties . The lobby is large and comfortable and has complimentary drinks and cookies which bring it a cosy environment. It is clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton hotel in Zhangjiajie with a few minor considerations. I stayed in room 826, which offered a spectacular view of Tianmen Mountain—definitely a highlight of the stay. The welcome and check-in process were very smooth and fast, and special thanks to Selina for her assistance. She was very helpful, especially in guiding me on how to order food after my late flight. The hotel showed great hospitality even before arrival by contacting me to offer airport pick-up, which was very convenient and well-organized. They also provided a complimentary transfer to the train station after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast had a good variety of both Chinese and international options, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of staff available to assist. One point to note is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not turned on during my stay. The staff provided a fan and I opened the window, which worked, but it wasn’t the most comfortable solution. The hotel is located near the airport, so you will see and hear airplanes ✈️, though it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, great views, and convenient transfers.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night to visit Furong Town and must admit this was the best sleep we had in our entire China trip. Their beds are extremely comfortable- of great size and comes with a super fluffy duvet. Good location to the town itself, not even 5 min walk away from the admission gate. Within that same distance there is a Luckin Coffee too, for the caffeine lovers amongst us. The hotel itself looked aesthetically pleasing and very calming. They have a butler available for you to fit your needs. They also provide station transfers which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet has plenty of food available, but come early. The aunties and uncles are up early and that is noticeable with what is left if you come down in the last hour. Its about 95% Chinese catered and at most 5% western. Keep that in mind if you ”need” your bread. The room came with good quality supplies as well and lovely soaps. Our overall experience was excellent here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing to mention was that there was a stain on one of our bathrobes. We would come here, without hesitation again.
