Zhangjiajie West station pickup easily arranged and convenient. Wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room. Great shower :) easy to get around via DiDi, close to bus station to Wulingyuan too. Short walk to Tianmenshan entrance point for all routes! near many great restaurants too. Thank you!

The room was really nice, and the kids absolutely loved it. The bunk beds easily slept four people. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very thoughtful and helped us with a late check-out, which made our trip to Changsha even more enjoyable.

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Zhangjiajie. The hotel lives up to the ”what you see is what you get” promise—the rooms and facilities are exactly as advertised, making it a reliable choice for both families and couples. Location: The location is quite convenient. It is situated near the old ZJJ railway line and is approximately 5.2km from the new Zhangjiajie West/East Station. It is nearer to one of the 3 main attractions in ZJJ. Service: While the property itself is great, what really stood out was the service. I want to give a special shout-out to Xiao Wu (小吴) at the front desk. It is rare to find a real gem like her in the hospitality industry today. She went the extra mile to patiently respond to all my needs and made the check-in/stay process seamless. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stress-free stay in Zhangjiajie!

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was comfortable however the pillows were a little too worn for my liking. The breakfast food was great and with adequate choice of hot, cold, west and east options. The hotel is located conveniently to food areas. With only a 5minute didi Ride to shops and food. Only 10 minutes didi Ride to zhangjiajie tourist area. 30 minutes didi from high speed rai station And 30 minutes to 72 wonders building. Great stay. Highly recommended.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The room is very clean and spacious. It's my first time to this hotel. I'm very satisfied with it as a whole. The service staff are very friendly. The hotel is near Fisherman's Wharf. There is also a Sam's Club within walking distance. You can also take a walk along the Xiangjiang River at night. It's convenient for travel. I will come again next time.

I chose this hotel over others of a similar standard because it's new this year and the price was excellent during the off-season. December in Zhangjiajie is truly the low season; there were no queues at any of the attractions. I highly recommend the Grand Canyon – it's a great value attraction. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the staff's overall service attitude was very good. It's really close to the airport and Tianmen Mountain, just a few minutes away. The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can even see Tianmen Mountain from them, though the weather wasn't great these past few days. But that didn't dampen my travel spirits! The hotel also has a large swimming pool, so I'll definitely be back to check it out in the summer.

We booked 2 rooms when visiting Furong Ancient Town. We planned to celebrate mom’s birthday and really appreciate the hotel upgrades our room. The hotel also decorated some surprises for my mom in one of the room we stay. The hotel is nearby to the ancient town about 5mins walk only. Overall our one day stay is satisfying and nothing to complaint. One thing to highlight is about the small insect will be everywhere due to the nature of the location. Once again, thanks for the hotel upgrades and special arrangements for my mom.

The hotel boasts a massive balcony, incredible river views, a spacious bathroom with ample hot water, comfortable bedding, convenient dining options, excellent front desk service, and prompt, attentive room service. So many positives! The only downsides were the poor soundproofing – I was woken up twice in the early morning during my three-night stay by noise in the hallway, and I even had the misfortune of a wedding party next door. Also, if you're arriving by subway with luggage, whatever you do, DO NOT exit from Beichen Delta Metro Exit 1 and try to walk along Qinglan Road to the hotel lobby. You'll either have to carry your luggage up pedestrian stairs or walk on the vehicle lane, which is on a steep incline. This access is incredibly un-user-friendly for first-time guests arriving by subway. I later discovered you can find a direct elevator in the Cultural Park garage that takes you up to the platform, and then you can squeeze through a gap in the fence to reach the hotel lobby. The correct way is to exit from Metro Exit 2, walk along Pingsha Road to Beichen Hui. If you arrive during mall operating hours, you can enter Beichen Hui and find elevator door 3 to go up to L1, where you'll finally see signs directing you to the Intercontinental Hotel. If you arrive outside of mall operating hours, you have to keep walking until you see an escalator going up, then follow the platform to the hotel lobby entrance. It's quite exhausting. Next time I stay at Beichen Intercontinental, I'll definitely take a taxi; public transport is just too much hassle. Thankfully, the hotel has so many positives that they offset a lot of the negative emotions.
