wonderful hotel, incredibly clean and modern. Would defined recommend this or come here again. the staff is very friendly and the location is great. Only 700m to the tianmen mountain entrance gate.

I arrived late at night during the holidays, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They provided excellent service and assisted us with our luggage right away. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and very convenient. Unfortunately, because we arrived so late, the only room available had a very strong smell of mold, and the air felt quite stale and not fresh. It was a disappointment given how great the service was. I highly recommend other travelers check in as early as possible to secure a better room.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

This hotel was highly professional and took care of all my needs, including ordering deodorant When the store didn't have any and sending the robot up to my room to give it to me. They also have good english speaking skills and free laundry facilities, which is great for long term Solo travelers such as myself. Not only would I stay here again, but I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else. They can also give you tickets and great advice for the forest park of which I highly recommend! Ten out of ten for sure!

New hotel, spacious room, amenities available. Complimentary use of washing, drying machine. Breakfast is good. Can be better in regards to juices. Walking distance to a few mall and supermarkets.

The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast have several varieties . The lobby is large and comfortable and has complimentary drinks and cookies which bring it a cosy environment. It is clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

A Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located — slightly away from the busy city, yet in a very cool and peaceful area. Almost everything you need is nearby, especially the Forest Park, which makes it an ideal base for exploring Zhangjiajie. There are plenty of eateries around, with many nice restaurants and local food options within easy walking distance, making meals very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good and a great way to start a full day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay special was Joanna. She helped us like anything — patiently handling every query, booking tickets for us, and always being available whenever we felt stuck. Because of her support, our trip was smooth, carefree, and incredibly easy to navigate. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and outstanding service.

Good hotel near South railway station. Nice rooms. Three elevators is not much for 30 floor building, but luckily the hotel wasn't nearly () fully occupied. Breakfast options a bit limited for a hotel like this. Chinese breakfast: few vegatable options. Western breakfast: good European style bread but nothing to put on it except jam.
