I highly recommend this hotel! The location is truly exceptional; you can reach the riverside in just a 1-minute walk, which is perfect for morning and evening strolls and enjoying the river views. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. Choosing this place for your travels makes everything so easy, and it's great for taking photos too. I've included some real-life pictures, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I recommend it to all travelers!

We took the kids for a weekend getaway, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery and lawns, offering fresh air, peace, and quiet. The natural scenery is incredibly healing. I particularly want to praise the cleanliness; the bedding was dry with a faint, pleasant scent, so I felt completely at ease letting my child play barefoot. The breakfast spread was extensive, with Chinese pastries, Western desserts, and fresh fruit all available. Staff were constantly wiping and cleaning the dining area, so the tables were always spotless. Housekeeping tidied our room promptly every day, and the park pathways were regularly cleaned. The environment is so clean and comfortable – it's definitely my top choice for a family vacation with kids!

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I especially loved the design where you change into slippers – it really adds to the clean and tidy feel. The decor is very tasteful, and the cat is absolutely adorable! We got caught in heavy rain at Tianmen Mountain today, and a big thank you to the lady who helped us with our luggage when we got back – so thoughtful and kind! I'll definitely be back, and hopefully, I can stay for a few more days next time.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! The price is affordable, the location is great (very close to Tianmen Mountain cable car), and the room is spacious and bright. Most importantly, the service is excellent, which left a great impression on me. Highly recommended!!!

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

Not only is there a crystal-clear heated swimming pool, but also an elegant and cozy tea bar, perfect for unwinding in your free time. What really impressed me most was the hotel lobby and public areas – they are exceptionally spacious and grand, with a remarkably stylish decor. The moment you walk in, you feel an immediate sense of luxury. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. Both the hardware facilities and the service details are flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

The service was attentive, and the butler responded promptly. The swimming pool was clean. The buffet was excellent, with high-quality, delicious food that offered great value for money. It's definitely one of the better hotel buffets. The location is convenient, especially for families with kids. Downstairs, in the courtyard of YunDa Hui, there are classic Changsha restaurants like Binghuo Xiaoguan, BPM, Fulù, and even Hema Fresh. The young lady at the front desk recommended Li San Noodle Restaurant on the first floor, which was very local and delicious, not a tourist trap. We really enjoyed the food during our stay. My kids loved the space theme, and Cherry designed a fun check-in game to win prizes, which added great interaction and helped the kids burn off some energy. Hope they add more fun activities nearby!

Room details: mattress soft as clouds, dry and wet separated bathroom, spotless Public area: clean and tidy Employee attitude: the girl at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, warm and thoughtful” Value-added services: free parking, mineral water, good night dessert, late night canteen gift. Breakfast quality: authentic Changde flavor, as well as a variety of pasta, fruits, etc. Cost-effectiveness: compared with hotels of the same level, the price advantage is obvious. I come back every holiday, feel at home, as warm as home

The hotel is in a great location, you’re able to walk right over to the East gate of the National Park in just a few minutes! Breakfast is also early enough so you can eat quickly and then head to the park when it opens. Personally, I didn’t find that there were many options for me to eat / enjoy for breakfast, mainly because most of the options had pork in it and we don’t eat pork. For the “western” breakfast, they had fries one day and chicken nuggets the next. The hotel itself is a little outdated and old fashioned. I’d recommend a newer hotel to stay in. There are washers and dryers on 2 different floors. There’s 1 set on the 3rd floor and 2 sets on the 5th floor. They take longer than the time says, so just be aware for planning purposes.

Excellent! The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the scenic area. We walked around the old town, and there's an entrance very close by – straight out of the hotel and you're practically there, right by the Liu Xiaoqing Rice Tofu shop. Parking is convenient, and breakfast is great. Highly recommended!
