Hotel Dengan Spa di Hunan, China

This hotel is 5/5. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Tianmen Mountain cableway. There are plenty of great local cafes nearby to grab a bite. We stayed on the 15th floor and we had the mountain view from our window. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite diverse with a good spread of rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and more. Special thanks to the staff! I accidentally left my belongings in a taxi, and the reception staff went above and beyond to contact the driver and get my items back. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, this was one of the best places we have every stayed. The amenities were spotless and perfectly designed. The staff was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also attentive and willing to help us with literally anything immediately. The breakfast was delicious. We got to choose each night our breakfast set for the next morning so there was enough flexibility and variety. We loved it. The location was fantastic as well. Just in walking distance from the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. We had such a good time that we sometimes just stayed for a while in the lobby, chat to the staff and most importantly played with the cats! All in all a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it! 这几天住的很开心，谢谢你们！

這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店環境特別好，到處乾乾淨淨，看着就舒心。房間寬敞明亮，住着很舒服。早餐種類也很豐富，味道超讚。最加分的還是服務，工作人員都特別熱情貼心，有需求響應很快，讓人感覺像回家一樣，下次來肯定還選這家。

Hotel ini adalah satu kejutan. Dewan itu penuh dengan mahoni, dan semua perabot dan bekalan diperbuat daripada kayu mahoni Wangian kayu yang kuat sangat baik. Seluruh hotel adalah antik, berbau elegan, berkualiti tinggi, dan bekalan dan perkakas semuanya sangat baik. Di sebelah menyerong adalah stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi. Yide Changde Beef Noodles di seberang jalan mesti cuba! Secara keseluruhannya, ia memenuhi semua jangkaan saya untuk sebuah hotel. Jika saya mempunyai peluang untuk datang ke Changde pada masa akan datang, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi.

The location is in the heart of the old town which is very useful during the day and not so nice at night. The room was great we had a balcony that had a view of one of the bridges. The other side was blocked by the design of the hotel. The breakfast was good and they had lots of variety. The service provided was great. While they do warn you it gets loud at night, it got so loud our room was shaking from the bass. It was very difficult to sleep. The room also had a faint smell of smoke. Overall we had a great stay. I think you can stay anywhere along the river if you have a view. Consider booking elsewhere if you want to sleep at night and have a river view.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Intercontinental Changsha. The rocms and public areas were spotless which was very satisfying. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite varied and delicious. Amazing service, every need was met with a quick response. The easy access to Polpas mall from the first floor makes it quite convenient to go shopping and dining. We stayed two nights then returned three days later to stay another two nights. Special thanks to CORAL HUANG and KARINA XU at the reception for not only delivering a great service but also taking their time to help me with planning the city tour and booking tickets for city attractions like Museums and the Zoo! Highly recommended!

The concierge is really helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is very convenient and is surrounded by many famous shops. For some reason, my room was changed on the second day. That Baroque-style room was really nice; I would book that room if I visit Changsha again.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Hilton Garden Inn at Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. As someone who has traveled extensively across the United States, I have never experienced hospitality of this caliber. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. The staff went way above and beyond expectations—anticipating our needs before we even asked and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. This level of genuine care and attention is rare, and it truly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the hotel was impeccable: • Cleanliness: Immaculate throughout—rooms, hallways, and common areas were pristine • Restaurant & Dining: Excellent cuisine with diverse options • Morning Buffet: An impressive spread with quality dishes that started each day perfectly • Amenities: Everything you could want, all beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed This hotel has set a new standard for me. I will absolutely return to Zhangjiajie, and I will only stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. They’ve earned not just my loyalty, but my highest recommendation to anyone visiting this region. Honestly almost perfect for us. We got picked up at the train station in a nice car and also back. The location is awesome right outside the ancient town and next to a big supermarket. Verry quitet. Absolutely lovely staff didn't speak English but with translator everything worked fine. The rooms are nicely designed just like the rest of the hotel. Brekfast is mostly Chinese with some small western options but really good! We got a free room upgrade aswell. There was only 1 downside. We where at the highest floor and we barely had any water pressure in the morning. Even the toilet flush was struggling for water. And there where some bigger holes in the wodden floor. Like not scratches actually holes. Besides that everything was amazing can recommend! ☺️
