We had a great time with Shyam, dining and Srideep, manager going out of their way to take care of us. I would not stay anywhere else the next time I visit. In fact, the hospitality as so good that I decided to book more ITC resorts while in India. Srideep even promised to give heads up to those ITC.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Pros: - Excellent, welcoming staff - Convenient restaurant on-site Cons: - Dated rooms and facilities - Noise management issues - Expensive dining options - Small, outdated gym While the hotel benefits from its friendly staff, it requires substantial updating to justify its pricing and meet modern hospitality standards. For travelers prioritizing updated amenities and a quiet environment, you might want to explore alternative options.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

We enjoy staying at the lemon tree locations, having been to a few. Great service, especially Abhishek who was so kind and accommodating during our meals. One compliant is that the food is very spicy. Not sure how foreign tourists handle it. Food is good but would be even better with less heat. Rooms are very decent but would benefit from an update. Nice and large pool. Overall comfortable stay, decent food but could be less spicy, and excellent service from all hotel staff. Good location near shopping centres and restaurants.

We selected this property seeing some decent reviews online. However, it turned out to be our worst experience. The hotel facilities and room are nothing to talk about, the breakfast spread is pathetic, room service is practically not there, the bed linen was dirty, the staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. They will be after your life for the payment and that is the only thing they care about. Customer service and experience is ZERO and not even in their agenda. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE ACCOMODATION. IT IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.

Enjoyed a sumptuous dinner topped with a surprise birthday cake thanks to Shyamal (always smiling and super helpful) who ***** with Ambadas and Amol went out of their way to make it a memorable evening. Taj Hospitality = 5 Star Always

We had three nights staying at 7Apple hotel and enjoyed every moment! The room was terrific with a lovely bathroom and a shower door, which meant the floor stayed dry! The staff were very friendly and helped us organise a car to all the fantastic sights in the area. We ate each night at the hotel’s restaurant, appetite, and the food was fantastic! Ifran, the manager, and his super waiter, Sanket, gave us truly superior service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a big smile. Fabulous! Thank you Ifran and Sanket, and also Anjana, the extremely helpful young woman at reception.

Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

We stayed for 18th to 20th Dec.’22. Very good location. 2 mins. walking distance from Aurangabad railway station. Neat and clean room. Good quality of toiletry. Staff is very cooperative. A good place to stay. Food was good in that restaurant BUT Old *** seated as cashier in restaurant was too rude he has no ***ner to speak with customers and also with their restaurant staff. No WiFi. In spite of this, Hotel ***ager Mr. Monoj was veryyyyyyy much HELPFUL & Good ***ners to talk with customers. ***y ***y ***y thanks to Mr. MONOJ, You r the asset of this Hotel.
