Hotel dengan nama ini ada dua cawangan, jadi pastikan anda beritahu pemandu teksi dengan jelas bahawa anda ingin ke Petaling Jaya. Pada mulanya, saya telah dibawa ke pusat bandar Kuala Lumpur. Dengar kata kawasan ini adalah kawasan elit, dan memang saya rasa sangat tenang, selesa serta selamat, tidak banyak pekerja asing di sini. Ramai juga orang Cina yang menginap di hotel ini, jadi saya sendiri rasa lebih selamat. Untuk ke mana-mana tempat menarik, naik teksi hanya ambil masa 15-20 minit. Sama juga jika ingin ke Menara Berkembar Petronas. Sangat mudah, terutamanya jika mengelakkan waktu puncak, tambang tidak mahal dan tidak sesak lalu lintas. Sangat bagus!
Ini adalah hotel kegemaran saya di Petaling Jaya kerana lokasinya di tengah-tengah bandar. Bilik hotel besar. Ia bersih dan semua kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan memberikan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma dan terdapat ruang parkir yang luas untuk tetamu hotel. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi.
My room was amazing, modern and fully-equipped to make me feel at home. The amenities were too many to mention. What a bargain! Because the complex is under development, getting taxis were a bit of a chore using the apps, but the luxury offered was well worth the minor inconvenience.

Kemudahan bilik agak biasa. Tuala dan tuala mandi sudah kusam dan berdaki. Tiada selipar pakai buang, ubat gigi mahupun berus gigi disediakan. Terdapat tompokan kulat pada dasar cerek air. Niat asal memilih hotel ini kerana dekat dengan lapangan terbang, supaya dapat tidur lena. Tetapi, hotel ini pula terletak di tepi jalan utama. Tingkap bilik hampir tiada penebat bunyi, malah pada waktu malam ada motosikal yang berlumba-lumba. Memang tidak dapat tidur langsung.

Bantalnya terlalu lembut. Pengering rambut dipasang di bilik mandi, yang mana satu akan mengambil lebih banyak masa di bilik mandi manakala yang lain perlu menunggu untuk menggunakan bilik mandi. Lokasinya bagus kerana hanya jarak berjalan kaki ke 1 Utama. Pusingan pertama barang bar mini adalah percuma. Itu satu kelebihan. Tempat letak kereta di L2 tidak direka bentuk dengan baik. Jalan keluar sempit dan L2 tidak dihubungkan dengan L3 dan ke atas. Jika L2 penuh, seseorang perlu keluar dan masuk semula untuk memandu terus ke L3 dan ke atas. Itu reka bentuk yang sangat buruk.

Saya menggunakannya untuk penerbangan awal pagi.
Ia adalah hotel klasik dengan banyak sejarah. Bilik itu mempunyai koridor yang panjang dan gelap dan tanggapan pertama saya ialah gelap, tetapi apabila mata saya terbiasa dengannya, ia telah diubah suai dengan sangat baik dan mewah, dan mencukupi untuk penginapan satu malam dalam transit.
Kemudahannya sangat baik.
Terdapat tab mandi, tetapi apabila saya mengisinya dengan air panas, ia mula bocor dari celah di bahagian bawah, jadi saya berhenti menggunakannya. Mandi air panas sudah memadai.
Apa yang mengganggu saya ialah bau yang agak lama, cap jari pada perabot hitam, kekurangan soket kuasa untuk lampu di sekeliling katil, dan hakikat bahawa anda tidak dapat mencapai pintu masuk ke bilik besar. Kolam renang di tepi jalan dan bunyi kereta kuat, jadi sukar untuk berehat.
Hotel yg terletak di blkg Mall The Mines. Stay sini kalau untuk main golf okayla. Sebab area jalan ke sini jalan sesak. Jem. Laluan ke hotel boleh keliru sebab berada di blkg. Dr segi kebersihan, kekemasan, pemandangan dan layanan oleh staf semua amat terbaik. Parkir di atas berhadapan lobi hotel kena bayar. Kalau nak free di bhgn ba*****t. Pun okay je . Tak kena panas dan hujan.
Lokasi hotel ini tenang, bersih, dan mempunyai akses pengangkutan yang mudah. Kawasan sekitarnya kurang sesak, sesuai untuk berehat pada waktu malam. Di tingkat bawah hotel, terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang sangat memudahkan. Selain itu, terdapat juga pusat onsen dan urutan, amat sesuai untuk pengembara perniagaan.
Kami menginap di Sunway Pyramid Hotel dan mempunyai pengalaman yang menyenangkan secara keseluruhan. Hotel ini bersambung terus ke pusat membeli-belah yang besar, yang menjadikan tempat makan, membeli-belah dan hiburan menjadi sangat mudah. Ia adalah lokasi yang bagus, terutamanya untuk keluarga atau sesiapa sahaja yang ingin menerokai kawasan itu dengan mudah.
Kakitangan sangat ramah dan mesra, sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan senyuman. Salah satu kemuncak penginapan kami ialah sarapan yang merupakan hidangan yang sangat baik dengan pelbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi semua citarasa.
Walau bagaimanapun, kebersihan bilik boleh dipertingkatkan. Walaupun ia tidak boleh diterima, lebih perhatian kepada perincian pasti akan meningkatkan keselesaan penginapan.
Secara keseluruhan, segala-galanya hebat. Dengan peningkatan dalam kebersihan bilik, tempat ini berpotensi menjadi benar-benar luar biasa.
Pertama kali saya menginap di Hilton group. Hotel masih lagi baru..jadi perabot dll masih lagi baru. Apa yg sangat menarik ialah bathroom. Terlalu banyak tuala disediakan. Bilik saya riada bath tab..kalaj ada lagi menarik. Makanan memang superb. Saya tambah rm38nseorang untuk anak berumur 6 tahun dan ke atas. Banyak pilihan dan ada mesin kopi. Boleh buat lagge sebanyak mana anda mahukan. Dimsum sangat sedap. Kolam renang pula agak strict, lelaki tak boleh masuk ke kolam dengan memakai tshirt. Tshirt hendaklah dibuka ya

MMEGAT AMINUDDINI recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient.
The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout.
One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session.
In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.
GGuest UserI am writing to provide serious negative feedback regarding the conduct and unhelpfulness of your Assitant Front Office Managerduring my recent stay on 16/12/2025-18/12/2025 for 3 rooms.
I have stayed in this hotel since the official opening and enjoyed most of my stays here. My local associate will always made the bookings to save my hassles until July this year.
I have also met many excellent staff all these years in this hotel but not this trip.
My experience was defined by a profound lack of assistance at a critical moment, which significantly diminished my impression of the hotel.
The core issues were as follows:
Refusal to Assist with a Reasonable Upgrade Request:
· The Situation: Upon check-in, I politely inquired about the possibility of an upgrade due to the assigned rooms are at the far corner of the building and need a squarish room to add an extra bed.
The Front Office Manager dismissed the inquiry immediately with a flat ”no,” stating room types are fixed at booking. If I want a suarish room, I need to upgrade and pay an additional of Rm50 per day. There was no effort done but simply ask for additional fee to change the room type and Rm120 for an additional bed after the change.
The tone was dismissive and transactional, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest seeking to enhance my stay. This contradicts basic hospitality principles of exploring possibilities to delight guests.
There was a discrepancy in my booking details made through online. I requested the front office contact to clarify and resolve the issue, as they had the contract and authority.The assistant manager outright refused, stating it was ”my responsibility” to contact the agency myself. This is a fundamental failure in service. A key role of the front office is to act as a liaison and problem-solver for the guest. By refusing to make a simple professional call to a partner agency, the manager shifted all burden onto me, wasted my time during my vacation, and demonstrated a shocking lack of initiative and guest advocacy. It amplified a minor issue into a major frustration.
This was not a minor service lapse; it was a failure of core front-office leadership functions: empowerment, problem-solving, and guest advocacy. The manager displayed a rigid, unaccommodating attitude focused on policy enforcement over guest satisfaction. Instead of being the ultimate solution-provider for the front desk team, the manager became a roadblock.
After all the hassles, I requested my friend to book an additional room and pay around Rm480 instead of wasting my time with the unprofessional “executive”. To my surprise, the room is squarish instead of semi rounded as what the Asst Front office manager claimed earlier.
On our check out day on 8/12/2026, my guest return their keys at the front desk but was told that there is any outstanding amount of around rm480 to be paid. This cause frustrations to my guest and embarrassment to me greatly.
When I clarified with the front desk personally after receiving a call from my guest, I was told was their mistake as they have overlooked something after some checks.
I expect this feedback to be formally addressed. The Front Office Manager requires:
1. Retraining in empathetic service recovery, upselling techniques, and the proper handling of third-party bookings.
2. Clarification of Authority: Managers must be empowered (and expect to use that empowerment) to make exceptions, make phone calls, and find solutions within reasonable limits.
3. A Shift in Mindset: From gatekeeper of policies to enabler of positive guest experiences.
I expect a formal response from hotel management regarding the steps taken to address this serious service failure.

At the heart of downtown just right across famoous street food night market, surrounded by shopping centers and restos, few blocks away from the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The room is clean, modern and well-equipped. Just a warning to those looking for a quiet relaxing stay, do ask for a room not facing the front street as night life in the area could be noisy. Staff are professional and helpful. Will book again if coming to KL.

The breakfast selection and overall setting remain acceptable, though there appears to be a slight downgrade, particularly in the variety and portion of Dim Sum offered. It would be great to see further improvements in this area to better attract and retain loyal guests who look forward to returning!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was quiet and elegant, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and any requests were handled super promptly. The hotel facilities are also excellent; both the pool and fitness areas are very well-maintained. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Great pillows. I received a chocolate cake with a birthday wish as my birthday falls in January. That was touching!
The only hiccup was the housekeeping which didn’t top up the tea bags. I called at 8am, they acknowledged but no one came until it’s time for me to check out at 1pm.
Overall, I had a good stay.
AAng.LinSecond time stay within a month. Convenient to check in as reception is at the lobby. Just be prepared with RM200 cash for deposit. Vehicle parking is also easy - RM2 for 3 hours and RM6 for whole day.
Apartment with a view. It is comfortable with fresh bedsheets and towels. Toiletries provided.
Highly recommended.

I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me.
In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters.
