"Service Desk staff were so lovely. I had accidentally left my phone in friends car and she was kind enough to try call my phone a few times to find it.
The room was so clean and had everything I needed including a washing machine and dryer. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets weren't scratchy like most hotel beds you come across. The check in and out was fast and easy.
Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again"

GrennHad a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip.
The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight.
He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries.
The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay.
The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing.
The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

RchaosHad some visible dust on the bedside lamp in the middle which triggered my daughter's allergy, didnt need to use her epipen because other meds worked so we cleaned the lights with wetwipes and was ok after a couple of hours. We got confined to our room until she was ok so didnt get to enjoy the other amenities. The toiletries in the bathroom were open and not refilled but doesnt matter cause we didnt even need it. Other than these, it could have been a great time. The room was large and good view.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan kos Biliknya luas, bersih dan kemas, dengan dua katil, satu besar dan satu kecil, sesuai untuk keluarga yang terdiri daripada tiga orang. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat baik. Belok kiri dan anda akan melihat Hay Pedestrian Street, di mana terdapat lululemon dan pasar raya besar, yang sesuai untuk membeli-belah dan membeli-belah. Kakitangan meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat, terutamanya perkhidmatan Cina, yang sangat menyentuh hati. Gambar-gambar makanan dan pencuci mulut yang dibeli di pasar raya saya sangat mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang.

We booked it to catch a complimentary shuttle bus for an early flight next morning. Only afterwards did we find out its not available on the weekend. It was also noisy during the night from revellers but it was a Friday night. Will not come again even for the great location. Also looking in part a but tired but could accept for the convenience to airport.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card!
The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Benjamin Lee BaconOverall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing,
