"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great."

"Service Desk staff were so lovely. I had accidentally left my phone in friends car and she was kind enough to try call my phone a few times to find it.
The room was so clean and had everything I needed including a washing machine and dryer. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets weren't scratchy like most hotel beds you come across. The check in and out was fast and easy.
Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again"

GrennHad a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip.
The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight.
He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries.
The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay.
The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing.
The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

Madam SuMy first time travelling with my 2 daughters. Obviously I felt nervous without my husband around. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed warmly by Ralph at the reception. He explained in detail to us and even suggested some activities we can do during our stay. The concierges are also very helpful and they are fast in sending our luggage to our room even before we enter our room..

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card!
The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a long stay studio. Was good I think it had been renovated before. Just the room looks a bit dark as it painted in black. They have a good restaurant in the lobby so make sure you try it as it also filled with people.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing,

We stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill.
Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change.
In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel.
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.
