We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. As it's a new hotel, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the overall environment felt fresh and comfortable.

Stayed here for several nights during my work trip and had an excellent experience throughout. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Northbridge, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Perth CBD. It was also very convenient for exploring popular attractions around Perth. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room well during my stay. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed. One of the highlights of this hotel is the location. It is surrounded by plenty of dining options and provides easy access to public transport. The hotel also offers great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work or sightseeing. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

M husband and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and have had the best time! We got a bottle of sparkling wine once we had settled into our room. The bed is very comfortable, we love the slippers and the room service came quicker than we expected and was delicious with a generous serving. The buffet breakfast was included in the deal we got and was incredible! A highlight for me was the fresh fruit/ veggie juice we could make for ourselves!! The pastries were delectable and the fresh baked sourdough was still warm!! 😍 We will be staying here again and longer next time!!!

The place is conveniently located near the airport if you just stay one night it’s great. Pick up and drop off are offered and the service overall is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan kos Biliknya luas, bersih dan kemas, dengan dua katil, satu besar dan satu kecil, sesuai untuk keluarga yang terdiri daripada tiga orang. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat baik. Belok kiri dan anda akan melihat Hay Pedestrian Street, di mana terdapat lululemon dan pasar raya besar, yang sesuai untuk membeli-belah dan membeli-belah. Kakitangan meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat, terutamanya perkhidmatan Cina, yang sangat menyentuh hati. Overall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing, 

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

The room was dated and needs updating, the bed was uncomfortable and kept separating which was really frustrating as we booked a king bed for a reason and had 2 nights booked. We called reception to see if we could change rooms but was advised that all the rooms have a split bed. They need to make it so it doesn't separate. I've stayed in other hotels in perth and some that have been a lower stars but have had better beds. I wiill not be returning here again.

Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Parking at cop terrace was cheap and accessible. Some night staff weren't friendly. But some in the mornings and day were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done everyday on time but very very average. No bidet in toilets could be improved. Otherwise the walls are also terribly sound proofed. Every conversation in the next room can be heard.
