Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Easy to walk around local area and travelling on free bus helped us move around with ease. Some shops and eateries close by. We had a great view from our balcony (even had a concert one night from Langley Park.....added bonus) and Folley rooftop bar had inside and outdoor seating again views were excellent.

It was a very impulsive decision to stay in Perth and book a hotel room. We were in the Elizabeth Quay area and wanted to stay in a nice hotel. I'm Glad I decided to stay at the double tree. We were looked after exceptionally well by Leon at the reception. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. For the price, it will definitely be my ”go to” when staying in the city

Will need a local number for calling of airport pick up and they are quite strict in terms of only leaving the hotel upon collection of luggage’s.Good location for red eye flights.

Hotel yang sangat menjimatkan kos Biliknya luas, bersih dan kemas, dengan dua katil, satu besar dan satu kecil, sesuai untuk keluarga yang terdiri daripada tiga orang. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat baik. Belok kiri dan anda akan melihat Hay Pedestrian Street, di mana terdapat lululemon dan pasar raya besar, yang sesuai untuk membeli-belah dan membeli-belah. Kakitangan meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat, terutamanya perkhidmatan Cina, yang sangat menyentuh hati. We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Perth Hotel, and the biggest highlight was definitely the location. It’s only about a 3-minute walk to Perth Underground Station, which connects directly to Perth Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel to places like Fremantle and beyond. The hotel is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping, including Kmart, Woolworths, Sephora, and many other stores, so everything we needed was close by. As Muslim travellers, we also appreciated that there was a Malaysian restaurant serving halal food just a short walk away, along with several other halal dining options nearby. The room itself was comfortable, although it is a little dated. It was spacious enough for our family, and the largest room could comfortably accommodate up to six adults with one main bed and two sofa beds. The kids especially loved having their own little space in front of the TV. The pillows were very comfortable, and while our booking didn’t include housekeeping, it wasn’t an issue since we were only staying for a few days. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a sponge holder in the kitchenette and a little more dishwashing liquid, as only two small packets were provided. We also noticed that a few of the pots and some dishware still had stains on them, so a little more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils would make the stay even better. I didn’t manage to take many photos during our stay (just this one!), but I can say that the hotel’s listing photos are an accurate representation of the rooms. What you see is truly what you get, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The unbeatable location made getting around Perth so easy, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay

Well equipped and modern, shows high design quality and low-profile luxury. Very close to UWA and embraces fascinating bay-view in room. Service is above average, a Mandarin young lady at reception really helpful. F&B well done, especially bf. Room is well maintained and keeps hygiene, shows aesthetics of minimalism.

The room was dated and needs updating, the bed was uncomfortable and kept separating which was really frustrating as we booked a king bed for a reason and had 2 nights booked. We called reception to see if we could change rooms but was advised that all the rooms have a split bed. They need to make it so it doesn't separate. I've stayed in other hotels in perth and some that have been a lower stars but have had better beds. I wiill not be returning here again.
