The owner is so kind! He fetch us from the nearby area to show the house. The house is so cozy, comfortable and perfect for me. If only they have microwave, but already happy enough with the washing machine, private laundry area, sofa. You can use the flexible shower head as a bidet. The house is so nearby to attraction area. We just walked to the Saint Sophia Church. Safe and there’s convenience stores around the area. Perfect! Didnt manage to take picture so much.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail. One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

Pemilik sekeluarga sangat mesra seperti keluarga sendiri, sentiasa sedia menjawab sebarang pertanyaan. Bilik dihias dengan ***a Timur Laut yang unik, selesa dan elegan. Pemanas lantai sangat berkesan, jadi orang dari selatan tidak perlu risau tentang kesejukan. Lokasi homestay ini sunyi dan tenang, tetapi sangat dekat dengan kawasan pelancongan utama, jadi kami boleh pulang untuk berehat bila-bila masa kami letih. Pir beku dan kesemak beku percuma, perkhidmatan bawa bagasi yang prihatin, dan masakan rumah yang sangat lazat – setiap butiran membuatkan hati kami berasa hangat. Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

This hotel is phenomenal! We had two rooms & our big party just loved every bit of our stay. From the absolutely amazing spa & hot springs to the restaurants & the convenient main entrance parking as well as the great location, everything was to our liking. We particularly enjoyed the rooms with the bathtubs (which is recommended as a private spa with your family & kids). IMO, the amazing spa & hot springs here are the best in Harbin & the hotel is also located right next to an outlet mall with lots of shopping & eats. It's especially great for people who drive because it's easy to get to all the major attractions from here via car. We loved this hotel & we will stay again next time we visit Harbin.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Kami daftar masuk dahulu dan diberi kod bilik. Mereka mempercayai kami untuk berkelakuan baik dan tidak mengenakan deposit 200 yuan. Walaupun kami mengalami sedikit kesulitan semasa penginapan lima malam kami, mereka menanganinya pada keesokan harinya melalui WeChat. Perkara seperti pengisian semula kertas tandas, pembuangan sampah bilik, mentol lampu pecah, katil kemek dan selimut percuma semuanya telah diuruskan. Ia juga dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Chinese Baroque Street. Malangnya, tekanan air panas kurang, dan bilik itu perlu dibersihkan dengan lebih baik. Saya juga mengemop lantai, mengelap pegangan tangan, dan membersihkan longkang bilik mandi sendiri. Memandangkan kami tinggal selama lebih daripada sebulan semasa musim puncak, saya rasa kelebihannya mengatasi kelemahan pada harga ini. Ia bergantung kepada keperluan anda. Excellent location! The hotel is just a short walk from Sophia Square. It's also very convenient for Muslim guests, with a Halal restaurant nearby. We found the cleanliness to be very good throughout our stay.
