Cari Hotel 3-Star di Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

入住了4個晚上，挺好的。 衞生：整體乾淨清爽，搞衞生的阿姨也很和氣 設施：該有的都有，外賣可以用機器人送上來。 環境：我住的房間隔音挺好，沒什麼動靜。窗户也是那種隔音窗户，唯一不好的是廁所這邊的窗户鎖不住，還有就是淋浴間的花灑估計有點沉，總是頭低下來……淋浴的時候總是要時不時用手扶着調整，希望這個可以改進一下，其他都挺好。床上用品也乾淨，枕頭配備了兩個，其中一個是記憶枕很舒服。床前的位置可以兩個大的26寸行李箱完全敞開放地上還能有餘地走路。邊上的小卡座設計的很實用。 服務：前台的服務人員很好，尤其是有個高個子小哥。

Definitely it's a 5/5. Staff took initiative to reach our for airport pickup, the pickup were so smooth, it took less than 8minutes to arrive at the hotel from T3. The check in process is quick. Kudos to excellent staffs. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a Comfortable stay for us, wish to stay longer, one of the hotel in my checklist. Location is perfect, eating places are walkable minutes away. Thank you once again to the staff, cheers.

Bilik kelihatan jauh lebih kecil daripada di tapak web tetapi memadai untuk perjalanan solo. Walaupun botol air diganti setiap hari, cawan teh yang kotor tidak pernah dikeluarkan atau dicuci sepanjang 4 hari saya menginap dan saya terpaksa membilasnya di bilik mandi. Tong sampah dikosongkan setiap hari tetapi mereka tidak mengemas katil anda. Kepala pancuran patah dan sukar untuk dikendalikan dan penutup tilam terlalu besar untuk katil dan terus tergelincir. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasi adalah sukar dalam erti kata bahawa hotel ini terletak di jalan utama yang sangat sibuk, dengan arah sehala dan sedikit di antara pas, bermakna teksi mesti terlebih dahulu memandu agak jauh melepasi hotel sebelum membuat pusingan u untuk berpatah balik untuk menurunkan anda. Kelemahan menggunakan Didi atau teksi ialah pemandu yang kurang ajar dan tidak sabar. Mereka mengenakan tambang lebih tinggi semasa Krismas. Kami sering mengalami kesesakan lalu lintas, akhirnya berjalan semula 2-4km ke hotel. Secara keseluruhan saya kecewa dengan bandar itu sendiri. Banyak bangunan yang rosak dan diabaikan dengan windos yang pecah dan cat yang dikupas, yang mengingatkan saya kepada *********************. Jalan-jalan sangat kotor dan sekolah berhampiran tidak memudahkan kesesakan lalu lintas apabila berulang-alik ke hotel. Khabar angin bahawa Krismas tidak begitu sibuk dan masa yang lebih baik untuk melawat Harbin, adalah tidak benar. Orang ramai merosakkan pengalaman di Gereja Saint Sophia, terutamanya pengaruh yang memakai pakaian yang tidak masuk akal yang bergambar dalam suhu sejuk di tangga dan sudut gereja, merosakkan sebarang peluang fotografi. Gerai dan kedai di sekitar Gereja adalah sangat mahal. Saya melawat beberapa gereja lain seperti St Aleksyev dan Kuil Jile yang sangat berbaloi. Kemuncak perjalanan saya ialah Volga Manor, Baroque Street dan Jambatan Kereta Api Songhua. Arca salji Pulau Sun sangat menyeronokkan, mudah dinavigasi dan tidak sesak dengan orang ramai. Banyak ruang untuk berjalan melalui taman, bermain salji dan menaiki kereta kabel melintasi sungai. Soalannya tidak jauh dari sebelah Sun Island, tetapi menyeberang ke sebelah Harbin, pertanyaan itu sangat panjang untuk mendapatkan kereta kabel. Danny's Beer di kawasan Baroques Street mesti dikunjungi dan menawarkan makanan serta layanan mesra, hangat dan lazat. Ia adalah pendakian sejauh 4.7km dari jambatan Sungai Songhua dan menawarkan makanan yang enak pada harga yang sangat berpatutan. Saya tidak melawat taman arca Ais atau pertunjukan cahaya kerana isyarat menunggu selama tiga jam, terlalu ramai orang dan keadaan licin. Taman Harimau adalah pengalaman yang begitu-begitu dan kebanyakannya menjengkelkan kerana orang menggoda harimau dengan jalur daging yang tidak dapat dicapai; semua demi peluang bergambar. Jika anda seorang pencinta haiwan, lebih baik melangkau harimau Taman. Akhir sekali, satu kelebihan besar ialah tandas awam berhampiran Sungai Songhua yang sangat bersih.

Bilik itu mempunyai peti sejuk kecil, dan katil mempunyai fungsi urut, dan tilam adalah bantuan tidur yang hebat. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Kami membayar untuk sarapan pagi sekali, 28 yuan untuk dewasa dan percuma untuk kanak-kanak. Ia juga sangat bersih dan makanannya enak. Kakitangan meja depan dan pembersih sangat profesional, sopan, dan responsif kepada sebarang pertanyaan yang kami ada. Penginapan yang sangat memuaskan!

По приезду в отель не ждите, что на первом этаже у ресепшена вас будут встречать, ресепшен в нашем случае находился на 8 этаже, что и номер. Мы постояли сначала и потом поднялись и нашли (благо есть Гугл переводчик)). Около ресепшена сразу есть магазинчик, удобно очень, можно курит и к чаю бисквитик, и водички и тд. Номер приятно удивил, было в номере все, что необходимо, все чисто, аккуратно, ежедневно приносили питьевую воду, чай в пакетиках, зубные счета и, паста, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен ( почти Дайсон) Есть кондиционер, увлажнитель воздуха, холодильник, проектор, и даже унитаз с подогревом сиденья )). Единственное , чему удивлены были- что гостиница использует одноразовые полотенца, (похожие на тонкие тряпки для стекол). Но меня все таки устраивает обычный формат махровых полотенец, чтоб выйти с душа, завернутся в него. Я попросила администратора, и мне не отказали, сказали посмотрят на складе - и буквально через 15 минут принесли 4 махровых белых чистых полотенца!!! 😁За это отдельное спасибо👍🏻🤗

The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
