Cari Hotel 3-Star di Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~

Pretty convenient, it's very close to the Harbin Railway station. Room is pretty clean. Overall pretty satisfied, although it might be a bit far from attractions but depending on what you prefer.

Definitely it's a 5/5. Staff took initiative to reach our for airport pickup, the pickup were so smooth, it took less than 8minutes to arrive at the hotel from T3. The check in process is quick. Kudos to excellent staffs. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a Comfortable stay for us, wish to stay longer, one of the hotel in my checklist. Location is perfect, eating places are walkable minutes away. Thank you once again to the staff, cheers.

Ibis Hotel ialah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Harbin. Hotel lain dengan keadaan yang sama adalah jauh lebih mahal. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Disebabkan saya mempunyai dua anak dan hanya ada dua bantal di dalam bilik, saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta bantal. Selepas beberapa ketika, makcik perkhidmatan bilik membawa bantal dan membawa saya 4 botol air mineral. Kalau tak cukup minum boleh minta lebih.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. The location was convenient as well. Despite a few minor issues, where there was only one washer and dryer shared between residents of all 7 floors, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again.

Membawa anak perempuan saya ke Harbin buat kali pertama, semuanya meninggalkan kesan yang indah kepada kami. Hotel Xiyue adalah kegemaran kami, benar-benar sesuai dengan namanya. Kemudahan hotel, kebersihan dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan tarikan utama, kira-kira sepuluh minit berjalan kaki. Perkhidmatan dobi layan diri menyegarkan pakaian kotor anda, dan katil urut elektrik menyediakan rehat yang santai dan selesa untuk pengembara yang letih. Kakitangan pengemasan penuh perhatian dan mesra, memastikan bilik yang kemas dan bersih setiap hari.

Tiba di Harbin pada pagi 6 Oktober. Ambil Laluan Lapangan Terbang 3 ke Stesen Central Street. Hotel ini terletak di seberang jalan. Kemudahan: Memandangkan saya sampai awal, saya meminta tingkap dalam nota pesanan, jadi saya melihat dua jenis bilik, satu 8601 dan satu 8605. Memandangkan kami dua perempuan, satu katil di 8601 di bawah dan satu di atas, iaitu tidak sesuai untuk kita. , tetapi kelebihannya ialah ia mempunyai tingkap, dan keburukan adalah satu di atas dan di bawah (seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Rajah 789). Kelemahan 8605 ialah ia tidak mempunyai tingkap, tetapi secara relatifnya, ruangnya lebih besar , katil adalah bersama, dan terdapat TV di tingkat atas dan bawah (seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Rajah 34).Peringatan mesra, bagasi disyorkan Semuanya diletakkan di bawah, kerana dupleks mempunyai tangga, dan tangganya agak sempit. Kebersihan: Bilik mandi sangat bersih, dan makcik datang membersihkannya setiap hari dan membantu kami menukar tuala dan sampah tepat pada masanya, tetapi dia terlupa menambah tuala kertas untuk kami! Dan lif hotel juga sangat bersih dan tidak mempunyai bau yang pelik. Persekitaran: Sangat dekat dengan Central Street dan Sofia. Belok kiri apabila anda keluar dan menyeberang jalan ke Central Street. Saya pergi ke sana setiap hari. Sofia terletak kira-kira 1 km. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan pasar pagi/malam yang tenang di malam. Ia benar-benar lebih menjimatkan daripada bata merah. , terdapat sedikit orang, dan tidak banyak untuk dimakan. Perkhidmatan: Semasa saya mencuci, saya mendapati tiada topi mandi di dalam bilik mandi. Saya menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan segera meminta mesin menghantarnya kepada saya. Ia sangat cekap! Oleh kerana saya bangun lewat pada 7hb, saya bersarapan di hotel. Terdapat 28 orang setiap orang (seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Rajah 10). Ia agak memuaskan dan mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan. Secara umumnya, saya kenyang, tetapi ada tiada kopi. Mesin kopi rosak semasa saya pergi ke sana. , kakitangan sedang menghubungi untuk penyelenggaraan, tetapi mujurlah, ada Michelle di tingkat bawah. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman di hotel ini sangat bagus. Saya tetap akan memilihnya lain kali saya pergi ke Harbin.

По приезду в отель не ждите, что на первом этаже у ресепшена вас будут встречать, ресепшен в нашем случае находился на 8 этаже, что и номер. Мы постояли сначала и потом поднялись и нашли (благо есть Гугл переводчик)). Около ресепшена сразу есть магазинчик, удобно очень, можно курит и к чаю бисквитик, и водички и тд. Номер приятно удивил, было в номере все, что необходимо, все чисто, аккуратно, ежедневно приносили питьевую воду, чай в пакетиках, зубные счета и, паста, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен ( почти Дайсон) Есть кондиционер, увлажнитель воздуха, холодильник, проектор, и даже унитаз с подогревом сиденья )). Единственное , чему удивлены были- что гостиница использует одноразовые полотенца, (похожие на тонкие тряпки для стекол). Но меня все таки устраивает обычный формат махровых полотенец, чтоб выйти с душа, завернутся в него. Я попросила администратора, и мне не отказали, сказали посмотрят на складе - и буквально через 15 минут принесли 4 махровых белых чистых полотенца!!! 😁За это отдельное спасибо👍🏻🤗

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
