Cari Hotel 3-Star di Harbin

Reception is very sweet and nice. We were thankful for the new upgrade and I love that they tried to customize by providing local delicacies, introducing place of interest. Room were clean and they will take feedback very fast. Good stay!

When choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

Pretty convenient, it's very close to the Harbin Railway station. Room is pretty clean. Overall pretty satisfied, although it might be a bit far from attractions but depending on what you prefer.

Definitely it's a 5/5. Staff took initiative to reach our for airport pickup, the pickup were so smooth, it took less than 8minutes to arrive at the hotel from T3. The check in process is quick. Kudos to excellent staffs. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a Comfortable stay for us, wish to stay longer, one of the hotel in my checklist. Location is perfect, eating places are walkable minutes away. Thank you once again to the staff, cheers.

Ibis Hotel ialah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan saya ke Harbin. Hotel lain dengan keadaan yang sama adalah jauh lebih mahal. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Disebabkan saya mempunyai dua anak dan hanya ada dua bantal di dalam bilik, saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta bantal. Selepas beberapa ketika, makcik perkhidmatan bilik membawa bantal dan membawa saya 4 botol air mineral. Kalau tak cukup minum boleh minta lebih.

酒店位置很好，離哈爾濱站大概一公里多，打個車起價費，不累的話走過去也可以，離聖索菲亞教堂300米，走過去幾步就能看到，可以下午去拍放飛鴿子🕊，晚上回酒店路過可以拍噴泉，離中央大街也不遠，一路走一路逛，累了就打車回酒店。前台小哥哥和小姐姐服務很友好，滿足一切合理需求，這次有給做免費房型升級，還贈送了早餐，對於我這種一個人出來玩的人特別友好！升級的這個房型是複式的打字機房，桔子的打字機房住過不少，複式的第一次住，活動空間真的很大，大大的落地窗，我在房間的休閑區喝了個美美的下午茶，晚上還投影看了綜藝，真的特別放鬆，太適合我這種週末出逃的人的各種需求啦！

Kemudahan: Memandangkan saya sampai awal, saya meminta tingkap dalam nota pesanan, jadi saya melihat dua jenis bilik, satu 8601 dan satu 8605. The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Kemudahan hotel, kebersihan dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan tarikan utama, kira-kira sepuluh minit berjalan kaki. Perkhidmatan dobi layan diri menyegarkan pakaian kotor anda, dan katil urut elektrik menyediakan rehat yang santai dan selesa untuk pengembara yang letih. Kakitangan pengemasan penuh perhatian dan mesra, memastikan bilik yang kemas dan bersih setiap hari.

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right. Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
