This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with the hotel.. The staff was top-notch, so nice and welcoming . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable place and excellent service. loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I recently completed a 4-week stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, the front desk team kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room that was kept perfectly clean and neat every day. Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi. A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home. The teamwork here is fantastic. The service and food truly made my time in Harbin memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future! 我最近在这家酒店完成了为期四周的入住，整个过程都非常棒。办理入住时，前台团队贴心地帮我升级到了一个非常宽敞漂亮的房间，每天都被打扫得一尘不染。在长达一个月的居住期间，所有的日常服务（包括高效的洗衣服务）都顺畅无瑕。我遇到的每一位员工都非常真诚和热情。甚至在今天大清早办理退房时，**张燕（Zhang Yan）**也非常细心地照顾我，并亲自帮我把行李拿到出租车上。 我每天居住中最期待的亮点，是早晨的早餐服务。我最初是在前台接待处认识 紫涵（Zihan） 的，她当时就非常专业且热情。后来当她转岗到餐厅，她同样把这种充满朝气的活力带到了我的每一个早晨。她总是带着灿烂的微笑迎接我，作为一名外籍宾客，能深切感受到她的细心与周到。同时，我也想谢谢之前在餐厅协助她的那位女同事，她的招待同样很热情；还有厨房里的两位主厨，两位大厨每天都极其用心、精致地准备着每一餐，让长期的居住体验找到了家的感觉。 这里的团队协作真的很棒。出色的服务和美食让我的哈尔滨之旅非常难忘。我极力推荐这家酒店，并期待未来再次光临！

Saya memilih hotel ini untuk perjalanan saya ke Northland. Biliknya bersih, kemas dan selesa. Kemudahannya lengkap. Sarapan paginya sedap. Saya mempunyai mesin kopi kegemaran saya dan secawan kopi Amerika untuk memulakan hari saya. ☕️ Persekitaran adalah elegan dan selesa. Lokasinya sangat baik. Ia hanya bertentangan dengan Central Street. Sebaik sahaja anda melepasi lampu isyarat, anda akan berada di tengah-tengah. Kerani meja depan di jalan itu baik dan tersenyum, tetapi saya tidak dapat menempah ini hotel dalam perjalanan pulang saya dan mesti memberikannya penarafan lima bintang.

Great stay! The location was perfect – everything was within walking distance. The service was excellent; staff always helped quickly with any questions or issues. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommend!

Great location with big shopping centre, close to metro to explore China Eastern old railway and Sun Island with its cultural and historical design of this 5A tourist site.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — the service here is truly exceptional. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start. Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day. 小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness. There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient. At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.

Lokasinya OK Tarikan terdekat ialah Red Brick Morning Market Jika anda berjalan lebih jauh anda boleh sampai ke stesen kereta api, kereta bawah tanah, Sofia, Jalan Tengah, dll. Kami menyewa bilik yang paling murah, yang sangat kecil dan singki di luar bilik mandi. Koridor itu gelap, pencahayaannya malap, dan ditambah dengan hiasan Eropah dan Amerika yang nostalgia, saya berasa sedikit takut. Hotel ini sangat bertimbang rasa dan menghantar beg hadiah kecil Walaupun ia hanya tisu, krim tangan, dan lain-lain, semuanya boleh digunakan oleh pengembara.

Hotel ini adalah titik permulaan kereta kabel dan terletak di dalam kawasan Taman Pulau Matahari, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk ke tebing sungai dan tempat-tempat lain. Biliknya sangat luas, kebersihannya terjaga, dan kemudahan serta kelengkapan yang disediakan juga berkualiti tinggi. Terdapat berus gigi dan selipar kanak-kanak. Perkhidmatan di kaunter hadapan sangat baik dan sabar. Cuma, tingkat bawah agak bising kerana terdapat banyak kedai komersial (kedai roti, kedai minuman, dan laluan beratur untuk kereta kabel). Bunyi kereta kabel boleh didengar dari dalam bilik, tetapi tidak mengganggu tidur. Pencahayaan bilik tidak begitu baik, agak gelap, tetapi lokasinya sangat strategik dan masih menawarkan nilai untuk wang yang sangat berbaloi. Harganya sangat mengejutkan dengan kualiti yang ditawarkan!
