MMinnie RexThis is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

MmagicanchowThe hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

PPengguna TetamuBig spacious room near Zhongyang Da Jie (中央大街）。 It is also near the airport shuttle bus no 3 from airport. To airport same location opposite street. Room is adequately warm (controllable) despite the -20 deg Celsius out there. Staff are very attentive, saw my face having a cut from shaving gave me tissue and cotton butt with iodine. If you intend to order delivery using Alipay mini widget use 吃了吗, it does not requires local number. Hotel uses a robot to deliver to your room! Interesting! Metro station on metro line 2 is just few streets away and it’s lead you to metro station on same line - 冰雪大世界 event. It’s a few streets away from famous landmarks like St. Sophia Church and near that is the popular 衣彬之家 where it sells very affordable and good winter wear! Thank you for the hospitality!

The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

PPengguna TetamuThis was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was cosy and just the right amount of toasty. Xiao Wang was so friendly and helpful during our stay too. She arranged a pick up for us from the train station when we arrived and guided us throughout our stay. We mainly went to ski and Xiao Wang gave solid recommendations on where to ski, helped us to secure tickets and even arranged for transportation to and fro the ski venue. Food-wise, there is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel which was convenient for us to have our meals at. I would strongly recommend this place!
