這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。
因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷:
1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。
2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。
3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。
4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。
5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。
6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！
這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！
特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

This hotel is the BEST in Dusseldorf. The service is beyond exceptional (esp Masood and Daniel- they went out of their way) The location is fantastic. Close enough to the old town and right across the beautiful Konigsalle shops and beautiful tree and water lined avenue. Great rooms and beautiful lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location and easy to arrival and park your car, the reception employees are very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and clean, nice view on the garden, near the brand shops and the old town and close to the nice garden for walking.

The positives: - Stylish hotel with quirky, inviting rooms with good views - Very friendly reception staff that went the extra mile to find a suitable restaurant for us on a busy weekend night - Well connected to the city center and the main station by public transport - Neighborhood Little Tokyo at walking distance - Breakfast is good and of high quality; breakfast room has nice views - Nice, lively bar on the top flow, with great views as well; not the typical hotel bar The negatives: - Restaurant was fully booked, no room/flexibility for spontaneous reservations even for hotel guests - this should not be the case - No coffee/tea maker in the room - Breakfast buffet is squeezed in one little corner of the big breakfast room; another setup would be better to avoid unnecessary crowding and have a nicer experience; for warm beverages other than tea and filter coffee table service applies. However, it took a long time until the coffee finally was served. - Too little capacity for the number of hotelrooms/guests at breakfast. At check-in and by signs in the elevator you are informed that when you prefer to sleep in and have breakfast in the later morning, waiting times are expected. Not a relaxed message, and not what you would expect for a hotel with this price tag. If there are regular issues with this, the hotel should address to solve these rather than 'advising' its guests to choose an earlier timeslot to have a relaxed breakfast experience. All in all, had a good short stay. A different stylish hotel with some smaller issues. Would recommend for a city trip for couples and friends. Less suitable for families with smaller kids.

If you are looking for sophisticated and more intellectual concepts regarding interior design you have not many options. So this is a rare find. I dislike to stay in a Kindergarten like concept, bicycle on the wall, or dead because perfect by not offending anyone with an individual and not risk checked solution say luxury hotel. I was impressed by the interior design and its comfort. The service is excellent and staff very very friendly. Food and drinks are excellent. And you could feel a bit of glamour and at home at the same time.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott Courtyard properties over the years, and this is undoubtedly the nicest version of this Marriott brand that I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel feels more like a Marriott than a Courtyard, with a nice bar and restaurant and outstanding service. The location in the harbor area offers a nice setting with views of the Rhine River and ample dining options. It’s also an easy walk to the Old Town area, where we visited the Düsseldorf Christmas markets. A special shout out to the staff, particularly Kevin and Jessica who helped make our stay particularly enjoyable. If we’re in Düsseldorf again, we’ll definitely stay here.

I double checked that I had the name of this hotel right before writing this, after I viewed some of the other reviews. For a one night stay on a business trip, this was a great choice. Reception staff were totally friendly and helpful, and it gave the impression of being a small family run hotel rather than being part of a big chain. My room faced the front, with a small balcony, and it was a good size, spotlessly clean, with good quality linen and towels, a pod coffee machine, complementary water, a fridge, safe, ironing board, and a nice packet of biscuits. A huge TV, two armchairs, dressing gowns also. Due to Covid, the restaurant was closed except for breakfast, which was a shame, and I would have thought that it could be open by now. The small bar was open until 11 pm and it provided a nice very quiet place to relax after work. I had an enquiry about how to get to a particular location in Dusseldorf the following day, and the receptionist gave me a map she had made, with full routing, bus numbers etc. Very helpful and appreciated. How some reviewers could criticize the breakfast is beyond me. There was a great continental buffet, and table service for the hot course and coffee. I just ordered eggs and bacon, and it arrived a few minutes later, nicely served, and piping hot. What more could I ask for ? Other reviewers were critical of the price, saying they had paid over € 500 for a room. I would certainly not have rated this as a € 500+ per night hotel, but by booking just a little in advance, I paid nothing even close to that. But for hotel with good travel links (300 m from U-Bahn station and buses / trams to Dusseldorf Hbf just 100 m away) this was a very good choice, and I would happily stay there again

Stayed here Sept 16th and 17th. Really nice, contemporary rooms in a good location. Staff are really welcoming, more so than in your normal hotels. They struck me as a family set up, not sure if they are but that’s how they come across. Lovely comfy beds and nice modern bathrooms and showers. Breakfast is nice and has everything you’d want. Would definitely stay here again.

Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, macht es Sinn sich einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Hotel zu buchen. Die Kosten sind mit ca. 15€ sehr gering. In dem Zimmer war es sehr warm. Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und Querllüften war auch nicht möglich. Der Aufzug im hinterenGebäude war defekt sodass das ganze Gepäck in die höheren Geschosse gebracht werden musste.

PPengguna TetamuSehr netter Empfang durch die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer, dass ich hatte, hat die beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Einrichtung entspricht eher dem Standard der 80ziger Jahre. Der Teppichboden war gesaugt hatte aber undefinierbare Flecken und deutliche Laufspuren. Das Bad war mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche in der Wanne vollständig und sauber aber die Bewegungsfreiheit ist aufgrund der Größe sehr eingeschränkt. Die Matratze war gut. Interessant ist die Vorgehensweise bezüglich der Bezahlung des Parkplatzes in der Tiefgarage. Die Parkkarte gibt es nur gegen 50,- EURO in bar. Auch wenn die Rückgabe des Geldes kein Problem war, finde ich diesen Weg interessant. Genauso wie die Vorkasse für die gesamte Parkzeit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh and crisp bed sheets that added a touch of luxury to the experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. It was not only delicious but also very healthy, with high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Starting the day with such a wholesome and satisfying meal was a real treat.

Good morning, I stayed at this hotel in 2 rooms for 3 days at the beginning of May 2024. They charged me 30 euros for late check out for both rooms, but they charged me 15 euros more for one Late check out for a room and we were moved from one of the rooms. also the kitchen equipment did not work in one of the rooms, fortunately we had two rooms and we had to cook in one room for everyone. beyond all these inconveniences, when I returned to Paris and looked at the bill again, and mentioned to them that the kitchen equipment was not working, and that it would be appropriate to carry out a commercial gesture for this also in addition to the reimbursement of the 30 euros invoiced for no reason. They keep arguing and showing bad faith, to the point that they still haven't refund at least the 30 euros for almost 4 weeks now. Bonjour, J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel dans 2 chambres pendant 3 jours au début du mois de mai 2024. Ils m'ont facturé 30 euros pour un départ tardif pour les deux chambres, mais ils m'ont fait payer 15 euros de plus pour un départ tardif pour une chambre et nous ont fait partir d'une des chambres. de plus l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas dans une des salles, heureusement nous avions deux chambres et nous avons du cuisiner dans une seule chambre pour tout le monde. au delà de tous ces inconvénients , quand je suis revenu à paris et que j'ai regardé à nouveau la facture, et que je leur ai mentionné que l'équipement de cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, et qu'il serait opportun d'effectuer un geste commercial pour cela aussi en plus du remboursement des 30 euros facturés sans raison . ils n'arrêtent pas d'argument et de faire preuve de mauvaise foi, au point qu'ils n'ont toujours pas remboursé les 30 euros à minima depuis presque 4 semaines maintenant.

This hotel was a last minute choice and I was quite superised the front desk lady very helpful and polite this is an old building and the lift was very small My room was on the top floor 506 it's was a single room while small it was fine for one person had everything that was needed bed was comfortable room was clean had bar fridge TV hair dryer wardrobe heating no aircon but no need for this time of year the internet was not great at times but not a big issue The hotel has a lot of art work displayed in rooms and common areas of the hotel done by a local artist Breakfast was included for my booking and I found it to be a good start to the day 3 hit dishes and all the regular items and was being replenished as needed Location is great 10/15 min walk to station or city center with cafes and restaurants at your door for the price this great value

PPengguna TetamuWas soll man zu diesem Etablissement nur sagen. Eine einzige Katastrophe und Zumutung. Der Laden stinkt im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Das Zimmer runtergewirtschaftet, ungepflegt und ungeputzt. Das Badezimmer ein Seuchensperrgebiet und wir sind sogar mit Badelatschen in die Dusche gegangen. Ueberall Dreck und Siff. Defekte Lampen und Steckdosen. Noch Müll vom Vorbewohner in dem Schrank, in dem sich dann zwei billige Kleiderbügel befanden. Keine Hygienartikel im Bad. Keine Gläser und Schimmel an der Decke und in den Ecken. Da ist schon seit Jahren nicht mehr richtig geputzt worden. Das durchweg russischstaemmige Personal ist unfreundlich, unmotiviert und überfordert. Fragen werden nicht oder unhöflich beantwortet. Als wir einchecken wollten war das Zimmer nicht wie zugesagt fertig und wir mussten noch eine Stunde warten. Als wir nach einem Check out eine halbe Stunde später baten, wurde dies kategorisch abgelehnt, da man putzen müsse. Ein Witz. Das hotel ist ein Fall fuer das Gesundheitsamt. Reklamationen werden direkt mit einem drohenden Unterton beantwortet. Dazu der ständige Straßen- und Baulärm, der auch in den Abendstunden weitergeht.Wir haben uns bei allen zuständigen Stellen beschwert. Sowas gehört geschlossen. Eine Zumutung in jeder Hinsicht. Nie wieder. Wir waren dann zum Glück in einem anderen Hotel, welches genauso teuer war, aber in dem Service und Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wurden. Finger weg von diesem Laden!!!
