The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else. This was our second visit and will stay there again.

First time staying there, will def be back, great location, Clean,friendly and very relaxed atmosphere

A good thing about it was a free safe and fridge room not too bad location is the best reason to stay Europe only two faults I could find there air conditioning was too far away from the bed in my opinion in a stupid place also when you put your card in to the light a outside light shows if you are in all out in my opinion a very bad idea

Hotel Avenida is positioned very close to the Old Town in a very busy location I had breakfast daily which was fine. A good verity of food. Room was cleaned everyday. Though the air con is old and hardly works. The staff were friendly My room was on the first floor and was dark and didn't have a view. Though it was spacious with a scalloped bath in the bathroom. The roof terrace and pool were ok with views of the Med On the whole it was fine though if want a better room with good air con if I stayed here again

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Review of B and B Suits I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay. However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there. Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
