AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

NNVLDAbsolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service—every staff member was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuExcellent lively hotel that has a great mix for both younger and older generations.
In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.
Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.
Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

PPengguna TetamuStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

PPengguna Tetamu非常好的位置也非常乾淨，尤其是前台的服務人員非常的熱情。泳池很漂亮🤩！停車場是很大的加分項，要知道這一帶停車難！值得大力推薦！
對了，他們還非常大方的幫我升級了房間。 很大的窗户對着游泳池讓我感覺得非常的開心，我一定還會入住的！
The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! The parking lot is a big plus, considering parking is difficult in this area! Highly recommended!
By the way, they were very generous in upgrading my room. The large window facing the swimming pool made me feel very happy. I would definitely stay there again.

SSusy CollHemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

CCathDavGreat location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.
It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.
