"The best hotel I have ever stayed in.
It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot.
The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain.
And the food… absolutely amazing.
Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations.
During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools.
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins.
I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back."

Abbiamo soggiornato al Port Vista Oro con trattamento di mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La colazione era ottima, con una scelta ampia e varia, adatta a tutti i gusti. Anche la cena è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ogni sera piatti differenti, quindi mai ripetitiva. L’hotel è pulito, ben tenuto e in una posizione comoda, a circa 350 metri dalla spiaggia. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza della piscina, utile per rilassarsi dopo il mare. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e soggiorno consigliato per famiglie e coppie."

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal. The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving. Plenty to choose from and things were replenished quickly. Tables were cleared efficiently so the whole process moved smoothly. Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my ”go to” hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

DJ Krys RandleThe hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else.
This was our second visit and will stay there again.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Its prime position is just a 10-minute walk from Elche Park and central Benidorm, making it perfect for families and couples seeking a quieter stay away from the lively Levante Beach area. The hotel boasts a buffet restaurant with a wide variety of local and international cuisine, earning praise for its delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue súper amable.
La comida del desayuno también estuvo muy rica y muy variada.
Repeteríamos mucho está experiencia

Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly.
We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room.
In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee.
They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
