AANUSSARAWoww!! This hotel is a 11/10. We spent so much time looking for a stay in Benidorm. The location is 2 mins walk to old town and quiet area. The room was spacious. The check-in staff was super friendly and nice. We felt really welcome there. The pool is big but it was cold as it was 15 degree so we did not get to use it. The rooftop bar was amazing with sunset view.
The breakfast got load of choices. A lot juice and fruit. Meat and cheeses. There was English Breakfast too. Many sweets if you are a sweet tooth.
I am 100% recommended this hotel

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

PPengguna TetamuRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.
Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.
Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

PPengguna TetamuStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar.
Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva.
Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien.
El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.

SSusy CollHemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo en este hotel y por supuesto, en Benidorm. Aunque ya lo conocíamos, nunca deja de sorprendernos. El hotel muy agradable, aunque nos hubiera gustado estar en una planta más alta y con mejores vistas. A ver si la próxima vez lo conseguimos, ya que me gustaría volver. El buffet del desayuno nos ha parecido muy variado y abundante. En fin, una estancia con todo lo esperado y más.

It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.

PPengguna TetamuHotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
