Excellent experiences at the Peninsula Hotel at Hyde Park Corner. The Hotel is a short walk from Victoria Station. We've had morning coffee and afternoon tea in the lobby listening to live music. Also we have enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar. On each occasion the staff have been very welcoming and very helpful to make our visits memorable. The Peninsula Hotel has become our first location to visit when coming to London.

Booked the Mayfair floor 1 bedroom suite. Room was very well maintained a few times a day by the housekeeping staff- in the morning, as well as evenings for turndown service, where they fix the smallest things to ensure a smooth stay. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and the additional a la carte item for diamond members was excellent, and the cherry on top.

We spent a long weekend in London at The Marylebone and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great with walkability to good restaurants, parks, shopping and the Bond Street train station. The staff were always accessible and extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two specific restaurants based on the recommendation of the staff - The Ivy Cafe and the Grazing Goat. Godwin the night manager was a pleasure to work with. Special kudos to the concierge, David, who went above and beyond to plan and schedule a day of sightseeing for us as well as provide directions on multiple train excursions. He saw us at an outdoor cafe on his way home from work and updated us on our schedule for the following day. David especially does a great job of reading all maps upside down while assisting guests:). Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with very crisp, comfortable linens. We enjoyed starting our day with breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The service on 2 of 3 mornings was exemplary. The hotel served as a lovely retreat at the end of each busy day!

First , they double charge me , second, i didnt get any of my benefits, not early checks in not late check out , i didnt get upgraded, the receptionist ann marry (?polish) was very rude , and races , she shouldnt be a working in hospitality industry, plus the room dont have iron board and iron i order one and they took it ba k on the next day, we ask for adapter/ plug for charging not available, laundry bags not available and when i ask for one they send me a plastic bag like ikea one too big and dirty, On the check in no one welcome me as ihg member or ask me what i like as amenities, unless i ask , during the breakfast , the waitress was shutting at us for sitting outdoor on 2 seat table and we almost blocked the way although there is no partition along the balcony , Order a coffee took over 20 mins , the manager ( polish guy as well) very arrogant and rude he was saying i have 10 coffee orders and we had to wait for how long he dont know fruit was old and flies all over, my friend get hair in his omelette, i ask for a bottle of water they said its chargeable , they serve a tap water and they add ice with their hands , the same manager was washing cups of coffee with his hands and water only …. Health department should close this restaurant. Corridors are dirty, U had to wait for elevator for 10 mins every time u wanna go up and down For the money and the price i could stay in many better hotels never again to such place IHG should be ashamed and remove this hotel from their booking system

Lovely hotel, situated close to the underground which is great for commuting around. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, we had an evening meal which was well priced and lovely would highly recommend

The penthouse apartment with rooftop terrace was amazing. Stunning views of St Pauls Cathedral and The Shard, walking distance to everywhere and the apartment had everything needed for our stay, it was spotless with modern clean décor, would definitely recommend staying here. Phil on reception was excellent and so friendly and helpful. 5* 10 out of 10.

This hotel has a lot of good reviews and until December, I was one of its loyal admirers. But, good grief....what a horrible stay at this hotel on December 26, which used to be my favorite small London hotel. The stay was not terrible, but very poor. I discovered this hotel two years ago and thought I hit the jackpot with a great affordable hotel in London. My first stay, started a bit weird as the front desk staff never returned emails. No problem, I contacted the then general manager, who promptly assisted. Fast forward two years and the reception staff still ignore emails to the point of being downright insulting. It is interesting that they behave in this manner as they literally sit at the reception desk for hours, without many guests, yet they still fail to respond to emails. This is outrageous. But never fear, I simply email the GM, who generally responds within a few minutes. This stay was no different, I needed a room for December 26. So on December 25, I reached out to the hotel to see if they could confirm an early arrival. Of course, true to form, reception ignored my two emails. As the matter was urgent, I reached out to two other hotels, who quickly responded. My last attempt was copying the GM, he responded within minutes and confirmed the room would be ready for my early arrive. Of course, it was not ready, but after I was escorted to the restaurant to order a breakfast I did not want, the room became available. When I went to my assigned room, I was shocked. Not only was it one of the smallest at the hotel, but the hotel ignored my mobility issues, of which they were well aware from my previous stays and my notes in the reservation. The room had stairs from the entry door to the small living area. I found it every difficult to navigate the stairs, almost falling on two occasions. There was also no work desk, which I had informed the hotel and its GM many times was very important. Instead, I had a small table with a small low to the floor chair. It was difficult for me to sit down, get up or bend over the small table to work. Strangely as well, the housekeeping team put a plywood board on top of the mattress, not under the mattress or between the box spring and mattress, but literally on top, and then covered the wood with a thin sheet. They intended me to sleep on a board. What on earth could they be thinking? I then struggled to remove to board and carry it up the stairs into the hallway. There was a member of staff in the hallway, but they offered no assistance with the board. If I wanted to sleep on a board, I would not pay $1,300 a night. I was suppose to receive an upgrade to at least a Deluxe room, but no upgrade was provided, and to add insult to injury, the welcome amenity was one piece of chocolate. The bathroom was tiny and there was no proper shower door. The water from the shower created a sleek danger zone int he bathroom, just what someone with m

酒店早餐雖然是點餐的 現點現做，比自助餐品質要高。 但是做的好吃，都是西式的 選擇蠻多的。當然所不適合英文不好的。酒店位置也方便，對附近熟悉的人很適合，各大景點走路就行

Fantastic ground floor apartment 1A . Small kitchen and seating area , mezzanine floor with a large double bed , seperate bathroom and shower . Very clean , super friendly and helpful lady on reception . There is car parking on the main road for 4 hours , but if you go down Queensgate to Harrington road , and use Kensington parking centre we got 24 hours for £60 . Ideal for Albert Hall , Natural history and Hyde Park , would absolutely stay here again . Word of warning though if you are tall like me mind your head , the ceiling is very low on the Mezzanine!
