Absolutely amazing visit for my Girlfriends Birthday. The team really went to town organising an amazing room with balloons and cholocates. The check in team were soo friendly and even let us leave our bags early before we checked in to allow us to go out for lunch. Absolutely incredible stay, I can’t wait to book my next visit. The spa facilities were amazing the the swimming pool was very clean and fresh towels provided. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel has an amazing location near High Street Kensington. You are close to everything. I used the nearby tube every day but I often just walked to different locations every day from the hotel. Staying here you feel really central without feeling like you’re in a tourist trap.
I think the hotel itself is overpriced for the room you get, so I guess you’re paying for the location. It’s a bit small but it’s clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again. London is overpriced and hard to avoid expensive hotels and this location was really good.

Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The rooms were excellent, and the location was quite central compared to similarly priced hotels in London. However, the service fell slightly short of expectations. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and while the receptionist apologised for the delay and offered to serve us at the bar, we were later presented with a bill for the drinks. This felt rather misleading, as I had assumed the drinks would be complimentary given the inconvenience of the room not being available. When I raised this issue, the staff member insisted that he had said, ”Can I serve you at the bar,” rather than ”Can I get you a drink,” and claimed he wasn’t implying the drinks were free. However, the way the interaction was handled left a poor impression, and his attitude only added to the frustration, setting a negative tone for the start of our stay. He eventually refunded the cost of the drinks, though reluctantly. Following this, the service at reception was generally pleasant, with the staff always greeting us when we passed through the lobby. That said, there seemed to be a lack of proper training, particularly when it came to the bar. On one occasion, I had to pour my own pint, and on another, I had to explain what Pinot Grigio was to the staff. This is where the difference between Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express becomes clear. While the stay was comfortable, improvements in service and staff training could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

Booked the Mayfair floor 1 bedroom suite. Room was very well maintained a few times a day by the housekeeping staff- in the morning, as well as evenings for turndown service, where they fix the smallest things to ensure a smooth stay. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and the additional a la carte item for diamond members was excellent, and the cherry on top.

PPengguna TetamuBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

Is if they allow you to bring your dog with you...... The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, perfect for dogs., And you have ground floor rooms available which go directly onto the grass outside, which is perfect for anyone wishing to bring their furry babies with them.
Other than that in my opinion, there is no hotel better than this that I have stayed in, And I have stayed in most of them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This luxurious hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process a breeze. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly commendable.
The rooms at the Hilton Park Lane were nothing short of magnificent. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The room also offered stunning views of Hyde Park, which was an added bonus.
The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the pleasure of dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu featured a wide range of culinary delights, and the service was impeccable. ロケーションは、ロンドンの市街地から少し離れていますが、目の前のバス停からメジャーなスポットに行くことができました。

1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus.
2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies.
3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, Keep up the good work and continue to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price for your customers.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel receptionists are helpful and friendly. I only had unhappy experience with house-keeping staff. First time, I closed the door leaving the key inside, an young house keeper passed by, I politely asked for her help. She told me “contact reception” with impolite attitude, walk away immediately but I still can hear her mumbled “ it’s not my work”. Second time, I and my friend came to her room while the house keeper doing cleaning, we saw her put all stuffs ( coffee, tea, water bottle) in the Garbage bin and refill in the room. Is it a common practice in the hotel? Even though the coffee sachets, water bottle sealed, but garbage bin is used for garbage, not for those things.

PPengguna TetamuHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for two nights whilst in London for the King's coronation. Previously lived in the area and never knew the hotel even existed! On bus routes to East Croydon so easy to reach if no car. Free parking too. The hotel has a far east theme and is popular for weddings and in fact there was one taking place when we arrived and their outfits were beautiful. Stunning high class decor around the hotel with amazing glass chandeliers. Our double room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a very clean bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Breakfast was included in the price which was in the dining room not in a box as some people mentioned! There was cereal and cooked breakfast, croissants, juices and fruit. More than enough! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again when back in London

Dear Management, I voiced my concern to the receptionist about how the power unit at my bed couldn’t function, specifically a male supervisor who didn’t provide his name but referred himself as FB. The first thing he said , I could do nothing about it and asked me to charge my phone in the lobby. He went on for about a minute to lecture me on how they are not responsible for making sure I have power supply , he is not a electrician and how I should ‘solve my own problem’. *End of discussion*. When I followed up on room available , he told that there were parties that haven’t arrived in the same room, but he refused to let me switch , claiming it is unfair to them , but without having thought on my situation or the fact that they might not even show up . I asked him to refund me instead , but he refused , even thought he wouldn’t do anything about my situation . Throughout the conversation , he showed me little respect , quoted ‘ I don’t understand your English ( I am an Asian who has IELTS level 8 btw ) ‘ , ‘ I don’t work with people who are passive aggressive ( how does it have to do with my tone ? As far as I am concerned I didn’t use any instructive tones nor name calling . ) . I read the raving reviews about your hostel , in fact I visited your other branch located in borough, they impressed me with their eager and helpful tone , I had to say it was a dismay to have wrongly chosen to stay at Camden . And I recommend people who read this review think carefully .
